This establishment is completely unprofessional, I got a pedicure and asked to only have my nails soaked off. Lisa (owner) soaked my nails for 40 minutes. I had to call her over to drill my nails after sitting for 20 min, after an additional 20 minutes I called her again because she was as bouncing between doing 3 other peoples nails at the same time. She completely ignored me as she was speaking on her headphones. I had no choice but to pay for my feet and my nails partially drilled nails. These nail techs speak loud over you and continue to take new business meanwhile having other customers waiting for their nails to be completed. Take your business elsewhere.

Right when I came in they rushed me and my cousin to sit down and we asked for a price and they wouldn’t answer and they just started working on our nails and feet my cousin paid 65 dollars because the man was asking her if she wanted things and forced her to get it and then had a attitude about everything and they cut me please do not come here.

Firstly, when I walked in she tried to force a mani/pedi on me when I only wanted to get my eyebrows waxed. She told me to go into a room in the back (did not specify), and after I waited 10 minutes, she came in and asked me why I didn’t want a mani/pedi. She told me to sit in a computer chair instead of laying on the salon table right in front of me and had a terrible attitude throughout the rest of my visit because I denied other services. She did a horrible job waxing my eyebrows and I had to do all the excess plucking/cleanup at home. Lastly, when she went to charge me, she didn’t even say how much it was. Go anywhere else because you will not be treated with any sort of decency here.

The woman who did my pedicure was great. I wish I got her hair but she wears glasses and had a long dark ponytail. They also did a nice job on my dip nails. I was grateful they were open on resurrection Sunday!

I am a black woman who has patroned this establishment a few times before. I usually go in with my bestie and we sit next to each other and gab. This was a really fun time for us. I went in this past Saturday and had to wait as usual…about 20 to 30 minutes…no problem..we finally started getting our pedicures and an older white woman walks in.. she had to wait as well…. my friend gets her pedicure.. and is on to getting her nails done…I am still getting my pedicure.. mind you-we started at the same time.. in the midst of my pedi.. the manager tells the woman that is doing my toes to go to the white woman as she has threatened to leave..I am left there, mid pedi, as she gets up to service the other woman!!! I am told that she doesn’t know how to do gel nails and someone else will come and service me.. Mind you…we weren’t even to the point of polishing my toes.. the pedi hadn’t even been completed…THIRTY mins later.. she comes over and starts polishing..I had to explain that the previous lady hadn’t completed the cuticle removal and we we hadn’t gotten to the polishing portion of the pedi.. so she rushed through the pedi.. didn’t buff, didn’t complete the cuticle removal and sent me out the door….I should have protested this treatment but I will do so by never spending another dime in here… Of course I will NEVER return to this establishment, and to all of my black sisters…I suggest you do not either…apparently, our patronage is not as valued as others….. The saddest part is..I won’t be getting my toes done with my bestie anymore….. shame on you #1 Nail Spa!

??? They were empty on a Saturday morning. I went in and was strongly encouraged to buy the $70 pedicure. I picked the $35 service & "Tammy" seemed bothered by it. The massage chair was old uncomfortable. The massagers were loud and need to be oiled. I inquired about on of the tools used on me. Instead or answering the question, she asked was this my first time here. When I said yes her reply was, I see why you asked. I picked my color before the service only to find out toward the end of my service that the bottle was empty. "Pick another color" They didn't have a replacement bottle. I go to pay for my service. I declined tip because I tip in cash. Tammy walked away before I even left the counter. I was not offered a card to be stamped for return service. I called her back to stamp my card. She stamped it and walked off. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Should have checked reviews before coming. Have been here for nearly two hours for just a pedicure. No wait time but over 40 mins to just paint toes. They don't listen I requested several time for them to change the polish because the polish they were using was old. Bad dried thick. I tried being polite but had to be overly firm to get my request complied with. Not sure why I have to argue , and demand and raise my voice for them to do it correct

This place is TRASH. From the ridiculous upcharge attempts to the manicurist's speaking negatively about the customers. When I went in today, I should have walked right back out because there was no business and now I see why! Horrible gel manicure, in addition when I paid with cash, I had to request my change. This service did not deserve a tip. I must spend more money to have a redo at another salon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Again STRAIGHT TRASH!!

Came here on the Fourth of July the service was terrible. I left with a cut and my fingers hurt from how rough she was with me. They only care about how much they are charging you not actually doing a good job on their service.

This is not my usual place but I got gel nails and a pedicure. The toe nail polish came clear off in 5 days. You read right, not a chip, all the way off. And the dip power nails are so think I can't think. I'm on vacation and having to have my toes redone. On top of it all I spent a Benjamin. Never again

This is very disturbing for me to read the reviews and almost every single person has the same complaint. I find it very sickening to read how the owner responded to a request to remedy a problem that obviously she created and yet she went to call the police because she didn’t want to refund money. I won’t be getting any services from this establishment. Sad day in the world.

I opened the door, and everyone was lying down. I asked to have a polish change. I said how much and was told 30.00 for gel. I then asked how much for a manicure with gel, and the price was 35.00. Settled for that. Asked for eyelashes tabs to be done, but all supplies were not available. While washing my hands, one thumb was sticky. She said it was because I didn't put my hand in the machine right. It was because she failed to use the top coat. I won't be back.
