The lady working there was so rude. You could tell she didn’t want to work. If you asked her something she barely nodded her head. Never said welcome or hello either. Left and went to another Cricket.

This place steals money from people. I brought my own phone in and had it turned on. Well Daniela charged me 66 bucks. I asked for a receipt and she told me it would be emailed. Well the next day I look and the receipt says 40 dollars was charged. I'm not saying they are all dishonest there but don't trust DANIELA as far as you can throw her. She's a thief.

Very poor customer service. 2 ladies eating while selling products. They charge extra fees and tell you they don't have cheaper phones so u buy a more expensive one. Also one of the ladies threw my phone got in my face cursed me and bumped me. I contacted the boss he seem to not care. Also reported to the Better business bureau. I Would not shop here. Many other cricket stores around and are great.
