Most doors are bent and don't shut properly. My latch was bent and I couldn't get the lock on and off easily, I asked to switch to a different unit with no response. They have no office on site it's all online (calls or emails) and they don't respond.

CROOKS. DONT NOT RENT!!!! I rented a storage unit from them and they charged by debit card $379.00. When my husband and I went to move in both doors were broken, dented and completely off the tracks. We gave them 3 days to fix the issues before we moved in. On the 4th day we went back at 1900 to find out the doors have still not been fixed after being told at noon the owner had called someone to come out asap. The owner hung upOn us and refuses to give us our money back. We keep calling and they won’t help us. WE NOW HAD TO MAKE THIS A LEGALISSUE. HORRIBLE PEOPLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. I am a disable vet and I am disgusted how we have been treated.

Great place to store your stuff! There is even a bar close by to get a drink after you have stored all your stuff.

Don’t leave your stuff at this storage location. We’ve been broken into twice. We have called the owners and we have had no return calls from them. We have filed a report with the Sheriffs department. No luck in recovery of our property since there is no video surveillance at this location. I care or concern from the owners as to what happens.
