Horrible service at Walmart tire shop. These guys are super slow, very lazy. We waited 3 hours for just to change out one tire. Also, pay attention they will let other vehicles ahead of yours. They suck, don't bother. This happened on Tuesday very slow day.

Don't get your car worked on here unless you want them to break it, None of the Tech's can drive manual and fumble around trying to drive, so i had to drive into the bay myself. And they will try to push you into replacing a set of tires less the 2 years old.

When leaving I was asked to show my receipt and as always I replied "no thank you, have a good day." I understand the "Greeters" are doing their job so I am respectful. Last time the gentleman made it a specific point to write down information about me in a binder beside him. When I asked are you writing down descriptions of people who refuse? He said yes, but wouldnt tell me what. I turned around and returned all of my items and won't be back. Sorry Walmart but here in Texas we have HEB who doesn't treat their customers like they are on a watch list.

If I could I would give zero stars. We went on 7/6 at 7:30am to get our tires balanced and rotated. We had a horrible experience with the manager Charlie. Charlie told us he had only one guy working and the employee who did the work we were in for called in. However he had someone else coming in at 8:30. So we decided to go in and do some shopping. We went back to the service center to check on our vehicle and the employee had not gotten there yet. Charlie then told us 9:30am. So, we decided to wait, again no show. Charlie disappeared on us no where to be found. I can keep going on with the horrible experience we encountered. I will never go there again. My husband and I left after waiting for so long and our vehicle never got serviced. Charlie needs to have a refreshers class on management. All he had to do was apologize for the inconvenience and been honest with us and we would have left and come back at another time.

There is an employee that was extremely helpful & really nice. Hopefully, he continues to assist others with a positive attitude.
