I had a very good experience with the units here. The staff was very nice and was alway willing to help if you had issues. The units where clean and secure and easy axses to the units. Thanks you to the staff that run the place and yes I would highly recommend this place if you need to store items in the area

I rented a unit at Stuff Storage for almost 3 years, and never had a single problem. I stored everything from motorcycles to old clothes in multiple different units and never had any damage occur to any of it. Most times you go you will find the gentleman either trimming the grass or spraying for bugs, the whole place is maintained exceptionally. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We have now used Stuff Storage on several occasions,we have been happy with the price, the storage unit Space , The Cleanliness of facility, The friendliness and helpfulness of the Gentleman at the front gate. I highly recommend Stuff Storage if your looking for a good affordable storage facility.

Absolutely would NOT recommend this facility to anyone. My experience was horrible. After already renting me a space I was then called by Brent, asst manager, the same person, who just an hour before, sat in front of me and rented me said space. The conversation was appalling, he proceeded to ask me if I was planning on 'crashing' in the unit!!? When asked if he asked ALL renters that question or just me, he said No, he doesn't ask all renters that question. I promptly took my money and you lost a renter. He was rude, assuming, hateful and so very judgemental! I can only assume he doesn't know what a hard working woman looks like, she may be dirty, her hair may be out of place, and she most certainly may be sweaty but she is also neither homeless, unemployed, or living off the government... and I have NEVER been so insulted in my life. I was on a waiting list to be treated like my cash wasn't as a good as everyone else's.Your company may want to rethink who they have representing them as the 'face' of their organization, because with him as that 'face' you WILL falter. Be assured that ive shared my experience on social media and with everyone I have encountered. Uncalled for and unprofessional.

Reasonably priced storage solution between Castroville and San Antonio. The climate controlled storage worked great. Modern facilities, clean and well lit. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend, and will use again in the future for storage needs.
