Staff can be rude and after reading the responses from SCB I see where the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service stems from. After all, your customers are the reason your open.

Omg one of the best boutiques I've been to ....very good prices......I had been wanting to stop by eveytime I would pass by.....and I don't regret stopping by.....definatly would go again
