Stupid owners charge full price for cups of ice instead of just getting ice cups and changing for them. Ok I just will leave it at the counter now a waste and I will never stop at this location ever again. Who loses here? Me the person who has multiple convenience stores right in this area or these a-holes?

Horrible customer service on 3/25/2023 9:20am I always come to this store because I live on village path and it’s so convenient but after today I will never use shell I will give my money to a big box store like Walmart who’s employees have manners

If I could leave zero stars I would. My husband walked in hoping to use the restroom, but cashier said it was for paying customers only. So he did the HONEST thing and bought a pack of gum. After standing around for 5 min, he asked the cashier and she said some guy had been in there a while. When my husband looked under the door there was no one in there. He then told her no one was there and she said "hmm, i dont know guess he locked the keys in there and didnt bring them back. You can try using the bathroom at Subway." So of course she lied to my husband, just to try to get him to buy something. There is a special place for evil scam artists like her. And after reading another review of someone's ATM card getting hacked, it seems like this business is run by a bunch of low life individuals.

Do not use the atm located in this store. My card was compromised and duplicated after using the atm they have. I had multiple transactions done within minutes all over town in San Antonio. My Bank confirmed it was from this atm transaction. Be warned!

I recently left my debit card at the Shell station located in Castroville Texas. There are three people who work there. These are the rudest women I have ever dealt with. I dealt with two of them that said there was a manager and a supervisor. The manager and the supervisor both held my debit card hostage and would not answer phone calls in regard to getting my debit card back. I had to wait from 6 AM in the morning until past 845 trying to call and get answers before they finally released my card. There have also been problems in the past and these people/owners take the law into their own hands. They are completely giving shell a bad name. I do not recommend any patrons to go to the Shell in Castroville Texas. I would love for corporate to call me Or reach out to me to try and rectify this situation.

This station is nice an clean and conveniently located. The bathrooms are singles with a door that can be locked. It was very clean. They have a good stock of offerings from snacks to sodas and drinks. There is a subway connected for sandwiches.
