I have a 2008 Chevy Avalanche that needs a ECM and Joe in service says we don't work on old trucks only 2012 or newer this sounds crazy to me .

No one takes pride in their work anymore. Such a shame. Went in for torque tube replacement. Took way longer than it should. I get it, parts can be a pain to get sometimes. Broke a caliper during the install. It happens. Get my car back and the shifter is so out of adjustment and sloppy I had to take it back. Someone should have caught that before returning to customer.

What can I say about North Park Chevrolet other than I was given out standing customer service by the sales team starting with the general manager Jeremy Contreras who took it upon himself to make sure that a little issue that we had was resolved and to him, I say thank you very much you made my wife happy and that is very important to me. Also Joe Hernandez, who was my sales person he did a great job and Kudos to Sales Person Eric Smith who helped me take my plates off my old truck he could of easily said he was busy but he took the time to hold a friendly conversation and I was totally impressed with his kindness and professionalism .
