I stopped by d/t issue with txt messaging hoping someone would be able to help me. Alyssa was SO KIND to assist me and was able to fix my problem. This kind of gracious assistance is not always the norm so I'm happy to report the Castroville Cricket has an excellent employee who deserves recognition (if not a raise).

Super friendly and helpful staff. They are knowledgeable on the plans and phones they carry.The place is very well kept, in terms of cleanliness. I recommend coming to this store, for payments, phones or general help. Great, friendly representatives willing to make time to help you.

Went in to buy a phone which was fine. They gave us a new sim card for it as the one we had already was in our iPad. Charge for that may have not been necessary as it was the same line and number. Notices a few days later our bill was 8 bucks/mo more. Called the store to ask why and said she couldn't help me and to call customer service.(Not great service). The wait time for customer service is crazy but I successfully attempted to log in online to my account and saw they had added a protection plan to that new simcard and phone which we did not ask for without telling us. It was easy to remove on the website (you can't do it from the app) but it was something I had to figure out on my own.It may be a mistake on their end or not but they could definitely have helped me over the phone for this and let me know they were adding this protection plan at the time. It seems a little scammy as I am sure there are commissions for these upsells.

The customer service at the Castroville Cricket store was awesome, friendly greeting and very helpful and informative. I'm very satisfied with the service.

I just walked into Cricket here in Castroville with a phone link issue I’ve been dealing with for 2 weeks and the gal at the counter took 2 minutes to fix it!!! She’s amazing! Thank you for fixing my issue and we will be back for that IPhone 11!

There was 1 person there. The lady works there. Dad got a new phone sent to him. Couldn’t figure out how to put some info on. She put them in fast. Of course that’s what she’s used to doing. A lot of help
