Too much waiting. My appointment was at 11:30 am to inspect and repair a defect in the
Parking. I waited 4 and a half hours and this, because I spoke to an employee and he helped me get my car out quickly. Too much waiting time. Very badly!

When you tell a customer that a loaner is available if you need to keep my vehicle longer than a day and then say no, so long and I'm keeping my $$

Cars posted are not available to drive. It's nice that they actually service the used vehicles b4 it goes on the lot. Just sayin' it would be nice to drive when you get there.
