The staff in the store at the pharmacy at 10:55 AM on a Saturday morning don’t know what customer service is. Don’t continue to just leave your people standing in line. There are more of you there in the pharmacy than there are customers.

What's going on cvs ? The shelves are empty and no employees to be found in the store. Why is it the customers job to walk around looking for an employee to ring them up ?

Young lady working up front is rude. Not good at customer service. Maybe have her work where she doesn't have to interact with customers.

I just went to put money in my Capital One card and was told that they couldn't take cash because the registers were already counted down, and they close early on Sundays. The store closes at 8pm. It is 6:40 pm. So, does that mean any customer who comes in within the next hour and twenty minutes has to pay cash? Actually, how are you going to take any payments, and why is the store even open if the tills are counted down.

They did not have my medication said they would order …2 weeks later so no med. And if CVS has the med at another location they will not transfer between locations . I don’t have the time for this mess transferred ALL my prescriptions to H‑E‑B !!!!!!!

We went there to get a passport picture for my toddler. When you walk in, no one seems to want to help you. We walked closer to the photo counter and that's when a tall, thin, bleach blonde guy had no other option but to say "can i help you?" I then asked "yes, im looking to get a passport picture done" he said "OF WHO!?" In a loud condescending tone while staring at my toddler who I was carrying. When I said "of her" he promptly, without me being able to say anything else, yelled "ABSOLUTELY NOT" he continued yelling at me and lecture me on how young my daughter is (she is almost two and was cool calm and collected) and therefore they don't offer those services. Told me I needed to hire a professional, while continuing to be condescending and making hand gestures for us to leave. I told him he needed to change his approach and be polite to people, that he didn't need all the extra "sas" and that I clearly didn't know, otherwise I would have not gone there" Funny thing is, my friend and his wife went to cvs to get a passport of their 8month old at another location and they were nothing but nice to them. I guess it depends on the location you go to. Definitely do not go to this one so Mr CVS can embarrass you. Even though I was recommended CVS, I will not recommend it to anyone. Being a mean, rude, condescending person is not something you can change with training. I was embarrassed in front of my family! Will never go again.

The minute clinic needs the attention of CVS executive leadership. Came in on a Saturday 4:45pm seeking a very simple test, the person at the minute clinic was lazy an unwilling to help because they were closing at 5:30pm and I would need to schedule an appointment for tomorrow.. I asked do you have any more appointments coming in today, she replied No she was getting ready to close for the remaining 45 min. This is more of staffing issue and mentality to work. Take your business else where m, I did.

Brought my mom to the minute clinic a little before 7:00. They don't close until 7:30 and had no patients, but said they were closed and cleaned up for the day a half hour early apparently. Don't go here.
