I come here usually to this cvs because it’s the closest to me but why is it that every time I come here it’s always someone who is RUDE!!!! Rude workers and they don’t know how to assist anyone. When I came here months ago I had a nice employee but now when I come I don’t see the other employee anymore which is horrible so now i had to deal with I believe David or Daniel he is RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! And another skinny and tall old guy is very loud and complains almost every time I come to this cvs!!! I stopped coming here already I go to the other cvs it’s a little farther but worth it to not speak to those associates! Absolutely horrible. I told all friends and family to not go to this cvs on castle hills!! And they don’t go there anymore. What has happen to this cvs???

I had left a good review- I came back to this CVS but I had a rude employee. Wasn’t the same young man-it was an older man and he was rude. I take back my review. I had liked this CVS but now after the encounter I just had-very disappointed.

I love coming to this pharmacy for my vaccinations because the pharmacist makes me feel so comfortable. She thoroughly explains everything on what to expect with each vaccination. She even recommends what vaccinations I should be receiving. I used to get my prescriptions at HEB but now I moved all my prescriptions to CVS because of her. I highly recommend going to this location to get your vaccinations and your prescriptions

Don't bother to call! They have a machine that wastes your time, and you can never get to a person! Putting people out of jobs is what they do!

I'm a new CVS customer who just moved into this neighborhood. My insurance favors CVS, so I was picking up a specialty prescription item. On Friday evening, January 31, I went through the drive thru to pick up my item. The employee at the window wasn't at her best that evening, and after placing my prescription order in the basket and sending it out, she turned and walked away without speaking. It surprised me and I didn't notice that my debit card wasn't returned to me.
The following Monday I was unable to pay for a doctor's visit because of the missing card, and was very upset that the pharmacy hadn't contacted me. I went straight back to CVS, to find that the employee wasn't working that day. I returned on Tuesday. With the Pharmacist's permission, I spoke to the employee.
To my amazement, she apologized for the oversight and said she had tried to call me right away. I checked my phone and she was right; I'd missed the call. She was polite and professional instead of defensive. The way she and the pharmacist handled my complaint made all the difference and I will continue to do business here. I've revised my 1-star review to a five based on the positive way this issue was handled.

The only pharmacist that is knowledgeable and customer service oriented is Rhett Meyer. Have him train everyone else .

The staff in the store at the pharmacy at 10:55 AM on a Saturday morning don’t know what customer service is. Don’t continue to just leave your people standing in line. There are more of you there in the pharmacy than there are customers.
