Spent 3 hours getting a S23 fixed for the phone not to be fixed ..The gentleman hadn't place the screen on correctly to where the screened didn't fit fleshed it had a gap . He then said he didn't have time to repair again today. I asked to speak the manager he called the district manager she was super nice. But no one couldn't fix it till Monday..so I agreed and I left . I got home took.off the plastic after 20 mins like I was told to find my phone scratched up at the seem where it was taking apart and my camera lens had a deep scratch that wasn't there before. I don't blame the guy I think he was new and not trained long enough or adequately .He was super kind and I felt horrible to be upset or even make this review .however I paid 1700 for a phone kept it in new condition to trust someone to fix it and then after sitting there for 3 hours almost same condition as it came In.

Service was great! So kind and friendly! The gentleman helped me find what I needed talked me through the options the pros and the cons! He just gave me information and then without pressure let me take a minute to think it over and decide! Right before I paid I saw an iPhone XS phone case which are hard to find in stores nowadays! The price was un beatable and great quality in the charger and case I purchased! Extremely pleased!

Had a blackened screen. I got turned away by UBREAKIFIX " guy said the "Samsung computer was down".. So I called in and asked about my issue here,, Fortunately the part needed was in store,,The employee here had it fixed in just about an hour.

The manager and worker went above and beyond to assist me with all my needs. They were both helpful, friendly, and courteous. They even called me before my appointment to discuss the problems and parts beforehand. Then they fixed my iphone charging port and placed a new battery fairly quick. Highly recommend for any needs.
