My wife and I got a room for the night for $70. Their website said they served breakfast, yet there wasn't anything served in the morning except coffee and really bad orange juice. I asked the front desk where breakfast was? The lady at the desk said they didn't serve any. I showed her it was posted on their website. She said, "Yeah, that shouldn't be there, but they're working on it."
"Working on it" meaning getting breakfast in the future I suppose, but they certainly didn't have it at the time.

Frint desk lady was nice room had all can ask for clean sheets clean rooms ain't much to complain about right off the highway good food across the street place a book again to me.
Nearby activities: Great food across the street
Safety: Felt safe in rooms had no worry about anybody here

We checked in got our room assignment and left before uecking the room itself, since it was Christmas Eve and we were attending a party with family. When we returned to the room it was absolutely gross, the sheets were dirty, dirty, dirty. The pillows smells of body oder. We went to the front desk and checked out. We complained and they said the house keeper didn't come that day. So why assign us a room that didn't not get serviced????. We went next door and I called to be sure we got our fees returned to my card. Warning don't stay here. The Best Western was only $5 more and it was a lot nicer and included a decent breakfast. The sheets were clean and the room had been properly serviced.Rooms: Dirty and worn down. The desk chair had stuffing coming out of it in several spots. The sheets were dirty and stained and the pillows smelled terrible.

I stayed here a few nights ago. I did not request a non-smoking room, as I assumed this day and age all rooms were non-smoking unless you request otherwise. While our room was very large with a King sized bed and sofa, it wreaked horribly of cigarette smoke. They only charged me $17 for my Lab, which I almost found offensive after being in a room that smelled so bad. My house trained, well behaved, very clean Lab made no mess and left no odor, but the cigarette smell will linger forever. There were several places on the walls that appeared to have been poorly patched and painted over. The bathtub had been removed and a shower installed in it's place, but the tile work on the floor was very poorly done. In spite of all the cosmetic issues, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. If I had not just driven 12 hours I would have asked for another room that didn't stink like smoke. And you could smell smoke all down the hall, which was very unpleasant. The ice machine was broken, which was also a bummer. My mom lives in the area so I asked her to stop by before we checked out and headed home to Austin. At exactly 11AM, the person that checked me in the night before was knocking on my door letting me know it was time to leave. I was finishing packing at that time and would have been out in 15 minutes. I get that checkout is 11AM, but in my 30+ years of renting hotel rooms, I've never had someone knock on my door at checkout and tell me to leave. AND they deactivated my room key card at exactly 11AM, which I got to find out the hard way when I came back to the room from taking some bags to the car and could not get back in. Then I had to track someone down to let me in to get the rest of my belongings. And because I felt so rushed to get out, I left my phone charger behind. This was my second stay, as I wanted to give them another chance, but this will be my last.

Ac did not work correctly it better in the lobby at the front desk than it did in the room. Did not want to offer another room to or even half our money back. BUT IF YOU WALK OUT THERE FRONT DOOR LOOK RIGHT ACROSS THE HIGHWAY I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WESTERN TWELVE OAKS.

This Hotel was beyond DISAPPOINTING and DISGUSTING !!! They were rude, argumenitive, and paranoid. This establishment is filthy and the owners had old used toilets on property grounds. They took money from our account for our service dog (WHICH IS ILLEGAL) They do not offer breakfast or even coffee (that was an amenity suggestion) I am embarrassed that we even stayed here. do your self a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Everything wrong:1. no breakfast AS ADVERTISED. due to “Covid”- then don’t advertise it! They know what they’re doing.2. elevator is broken. and I was on the second floor with a heavy suitcase.3. hair dryer broken4. tv broken5. room was never cleaned during my 3 night stay besides bed made. mice droppings in corner of bathroom left there all three days!!!6. ac barely worked!7. construction dust everywhere- couches, floor, bathroom8. worst construction ever. they must have hired the absolute cheapest contractor whose work will no doubt start falling apart in a few months9. fitness room unavailable but advertised as well.10. dishonest about the breakfast and fitness room- and not offer any type of refund for those- then had the gall to try to charge me for 4 nights when I checked out early on day 3 because I finished my work early and could not wait to get out of there. I had to ask them to please refund the extra day, which I felt I needed to do with just how awful the whole experience was.

Good people, nice rooms, just restful!! A tree fell on our house during storms. Everyone was so nice!! Thank you all for being good, decent people! We appreciate having a cool place to come to!!Noteworthy details: Wonderful people, nice rooms!

So many things wrong. 1. No free breakfast as advertised. They said it was due to covid, but they still advertise it so they know what they're doing. 2. No fitness room, as advertised. Down due to construction 3. Room was a dusty mess. 4. Tv and hair dryer didn't work 5. AC barely worked. Normally I like 72 and I had to put it on 66 to just feel like 75...6. NO ELEVATOR and they put me on the second floor to carry heavy bags up 2 flights of stairs. 7. Room wasn't cleaned during 3 days, unless you count the bed being made 8. Dishonest with the check out. I checked out at 9 am a day early and they gave me a receipt for the full amount. I asked them to refund the extra day which they did, but I wouldn't have even have asked if the stay hadn't been literally the worst one I've had while traveling. No remorse shown for lying about things not being as advertised, either. I didn't give any comments while there, but I did this to warn others.

NO, RUN. I hate leaving bad reviews but this hotel screwed us so bad. Checked in, they had to change our room then charged us more. When booking they offered breakfast, when we arrived they are horrible under construction and only had chips for cash. The construction was so un safe there were screws on the floors the rooms and hallways were all dusty. The lady at the counter wasn't the nicest. Look around first.

Other then front staff I give it -4 stars tv didn't work. Roaches stuck to wall, over $100 u would expect more I've paid $50 for wayyy better place. Won't be back
