Had an engine blow in a car took it to them to get it fixed. Took them a month with excuses every week as of why it wasn’t done on the time they said it was gonna be done. We got the car out. They only gave us a one month warranty. Car engine blue three months after we got it out.
And of course their attitude is ain’t our problem. Give me money.
I don’t know how business is like this staying in business when they keep screwing people over I’ve heard three or four more people with the same issue With them

Charged me 240$ for an alignment because they had to spin the tie rod ends a couple times, charged the full amount for removing and replacing them, they were brand new,claimed they weren't installed properly,they were,drove 20 miles to town just fine though it pulled to the right a good bit, now after all that and 240$ later it still pulls to the right. For what was supposed to be a 80$ alignment. Waited 2 1/2 hours as well. Terrible never going back, don't recommend. And the technician left a socket on one of the bolts.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Very helpful and offered to keep my truck at their location as long as I needed until I was able to pick it up when I got home. Never tried giving me the runaround on pricing.

I cleared the codes on my 2008 Scion tC but there was one thing i couldn’t fix myself which was the motor mount. I took it here and they insisted that there were multiple other things wrong with the car and said they have to fix it. they ended up charging me 2k+. so I went along and allowed them to do so. they ordered the motor mount which would take a couple weeks they said before it gets here and made me pay in advance. they said it’d be okay to drive for now and a few days later my car stalled in the middle of the road to causing me to hit a curb. They said it wasn’t there fault but it hadn’t stalled like that before i took it to them. Anyways i was forced to tow and report it as an accident so now my insurance rate is high. i took it to them because i had a broken tire rod, I know what the damages were because my brother is a mechanic and told me that’s all it was. they insisted it was multiple other things and made the price of the repairs become more than 75% of the cars worth which meant the insurance company would take the car and reimburse me for half of the cars value. so as i was cleaning out the car because the insurance company pretty much took it from me i was trying to remove my speakers which are 100+ pounds and the trunk was locked because they had removed the battery. they sent someone out to start the car so i could open the trunk and they wouldn’t talk to me when i asked questions upon why they took the battery out and refused to help me with my speakers claiming they get paid by the hour. THEN they put the motor mount in even though the insurance company told them not to do any repairs on the car for they didn’t want to pay more money than they had to for the repairs. i asked them if i could get the money back for the motor mount because the insurance company told me they were not supposed to do any more repairs and could get my money back for any repairs that they hadn’t done, which should’ve been none because i had just dropped off the car. so they scrambled to get the motor mount on to force me not to get my money back. when asked the lady at the front said “we put it in already so you can’t have your money back” and so i asked “so basically i lost my money to y’all, she replied “I guess so” i left and don’t recommend this place to anyone. they’re overpriced and will do anything to get as much money from you as possible

My car messed up one day and almost broke down. They worked me in the next day! They were fast, efficient and honest. He knew he could've charged me a lot more for a job that didn't really need to be done but David was honest with me about everything. I just moved to Carthage and now I have a mechanic I can take all my vehicles to that I can say I trust their opinion.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my 2010 Nissian, Maxim in after having an electoral issue. Mr. David informed me the alternator that had been replaced a while back was bad. He replaced the alternator and charged me $470.00. I drove the car for maybe 30 miles and it once again went down. I called and asked if they would pay to have the car towed back to them. I was told they would not pay to have the car towed. I payed to have the car towed back to his shop. After about two weeks, I was told it was ready. I payed this time $ 170.00. The computer system was totally wacko. Showed the temp outside was -28 degrees. The air and heat system were not working. My wife called and spoke with David. This conversation was less than three minutes. Yes, the wife question him. During their conversation, David hung up the phone on her. So, I called him a second time . He informed mehe felt that he was being “harassed”??? He further stated he didn’t want the car back, because my wife was harassing him?? My wife is a 55 year old, 130 pound women!! I asked him what he had done. He states he had replaced a computer part with a used part, from a different model car. He told me he had been talking with the Nissian dealership in Longview. The car went down shortly after. Now remember, am down close to a $1000.00 dollars in repair and tow bills. The car is still broke!! And I’ve been told not to return it!!! The car is presently at Orr Nissian. The reports coming in so far, is aftermarket and used parts were installed. Mr David had worked on my daughter car, in which the bill was $2’500.00. When I brought up to him that I had been a loyal customer and always paid my bills, the response, I received was my wife had harassed him and not return with the car. I will contact an attorney soon. I WOULD Strongly recommend not using him. He charged a lot and never fixed the car. He got MAD and wanted to play the victim??? Really??Service: Electrical repair
