Always knowledgeable even when it come to getting hard to find parts if they can't get it they will point u in the direction of someone that can.. they also help u improvise great place better then other auto parts places with button pushers that can't be bothered to actually do their jobs. This is my go to place.

Let’s get something straight...the hands in this shop we’re very rude and not understanding at all. If it weren’t for the hospitality and kindness of the salesmen in the office, this would be a 1 star. That being said, their shop got us out of a bind when we needed an emergency tire change while out of state.

After insulting me for owning a Ford, Brad sold me a cork valve cover set when I specifically asked for the metal and rubber set, but charged me for the good one. Can't see inside a Fel-pro box to know what is inside until I got home 30 miles away and the box says once opened there is no return. Drove back the next day and had to pay $17.31 more to get what I had already paid for. His mistake set my project back a week, and cost me $17.31 plus 60 miles in gas. Will do my business at Napa from now on. He apologized for the mistake.
