I'm a former resident, moved out a few months ago due to changing jobs and location. Had a great experience coming back to Windsor today, my medical supplies were shipped to my old Windsor address and not only did they locate the supplies, but they also put them in the fridge to keep the supplies at a safe temperature until I could drive there today to pick them up. Quality and friendly experience, sooo grateful!

I would like to give this property a huge thumbs up. I toured the property and they were not like all the rest, most apartments rush you because they hate thier jobs. But this place was very nice and gave you that home feeling. The staff went beyond expectations to see that my tour was great. Very prompt with my needs of what I wanted . The property manager Ellen was the best she flowed with professionalism and courtesy, and it comes through to her staff. Very clean property well maintained. All of the staff was very attentive, not missing a beat. I think I have found my new home. They just made my experience very smooth and easy loved it you guys Rock!!!! My apartment search is over I have found my new home thank you windsor for an awesome staff and property. ?

We love Mustang Park! Everyone on the staff has always been so wonderful to deal with from the office staff to the maintenance team. We love our home and the property is always clean and taken care of. We especially love the hallway upgrades they just did it looks so great !

Just be aware...
Some of the lower level garages flood because water is not designed to drain the correct direction causing your personal items to be damaged. Not all their gutters drain into the street but rather into the garage. They don't have solutions to real issues.
Some of the apartments leak above the ceiling in the summer causing the ceilings to stain yellow.
The air conditioning units are older and truly need to be replaced. The vents are not cleaned out regularly so pollen and dust get circulated with other units. If you have allergies , just be aware. I have attempted to use more expensive air filters but unfortunately they just get wet inside the unit because the AC systems are not in good shape. Also when they spray harsh chemicals in apartments being worked on, those chemicals and fumes get in to the unit and are blown in other apartments in the area causing you to come to an apartment that smells toxic.
The term used, "emergency", does not truly mean an emergency. For example, the maintenance team used the garage to get into our apartment. In the process they did not correctly set the garage door. When I came home and tried to enter through my garage it wouldn't open. We put in a maintenance request to fix the garage. They were going to "charge an emergency fee" to fix what they broke. They said they were going to come and fix it within the hour. They never did. It was a Friday night. I didn't see or hear from them again. Fortunately I knew someone that could possibly get me in my locked out apartment and they did.
Another time they came to fix some ceiling damage. They said they would fix it the next day. I told them great because I was going to be gone for 2 weeks. After my vacation I came back and it was never repaired or worked on.
They have sprinklers that tend to go off and wet your car. Unfortunately the water is so hard it gets into the paint quickly and is not removed easily with a car wash. The people that work on the sprinkler systems should really reduce the coverage area not to include the parking area. If you have a nice vehicle be aware. It's not going to stay clean. You will wake up to a wet water stained vehicle and you will definitely need to wax your car(this will be a regular issue for you).
Also note they do not inform you of the status of repairs so you will never know unless you ask; and that's when they choose to respond.
I don't know if this is the workers or the workers not getting the support from management. They're quick to raise the rent and give dogs shade in the park but not fix the real problems in the housing areas.
I traveled the country fixing big business areas just so they could prepare to sell them to another company to take over. They coined a term called "slapping lipstick on a pig". That's exactly the attitude they are taking with this community unfortunately.
Also on the note of being a "gated community". That's a loosely termed phrase. The gates are never active. There's one gate off the road that has not been repaired and never has worked in quite a while... The other two gates are not active... They've made repeated statements of activating the gates but the follow through is lacking. Do note a new vehicle on site had their wheels removed not long ago and was sitting on blocks.
The list is continuing to grow.

I moved in 5 weeks ago, and I am loving it! The apartments have been upgraded and they are really nice. Very open and lots of room for storage. The grounds are beautiful and kept very clean, and it's been very quiet. I hardly hear anyone outside or even in the halls. I had a few things that needed to be fixed when I first moved in, but the maintenance staff came quickly to repair. I can't say enough good things about the office staff!! Cambria, Kennedi and Ellen have been great! They take the time to answer all questions, explain everything well, call you back if you leave a voicemail, are on top of it if you have an issue, and they truly are so nice! I needed measurements before I moved in to see if my couch would fit. Kennedi did not hesitate to tell me she would go into the apartment and measure for me. THAT is customer service! I am so glad I chose Windsor Mustang Park to be my new home!

Hello I am looking to move into the area. I toured Mustang Park not only was the property nice, the staff was super helpful and very nice. Ellen is the best. She took her time and walked me around the property and showed me all the amenities. I’ll be so excited when I am finally able to make Mustang Park my Home. Thanks Ellen!

Man where to start! Windsor Mustang Park is awesome. Not only is our apartment beautiful and full of light, but the staff has been nothing but kind, helpful and considerate since before we even moved in. We moved to TX from out of state and the process of finding an apartment when we couldn’t really tour was HARD. Cambria, Kennedi and Ellen made the process so much smoother. There was a snag with our lease early on that was out of our control and the leasing offices control, but Ellen was the best in quickly and kindly handling it, speaking to my husband and I directly every step of the way and getting us into our apartment ASAP. Even amidst a huge storm. She took such good care of us. Anytime we pop into the office or call them they are timely courteous and kind. Maintenance too! There hasn’t been a lot we’ve needed them for (another plus) but anytime so far that we have needed them, they have come asap to help with anything! We love it here. We are thankful!

My experience with Windsor Mustang Park was top tier during the time I lived there. The facilities were kept clean and in good condition. The office staff and maintenance addressed any issue I had in a timely manner and with great customer service.

I’m moving to the area soon and Windsor is one of the properties I toured. Of all the places I considered your office staff was by far the most welcoming and knowledgeable. Ellen was so kind and warm! She answered all my questions and made me feel like I was already a valued resident. I loved the floor plans and property is clearly well maintained. Such an awesome experience overall!

It’s hard to put into words how terrible this experience has been. Mustang park apartments offers this break lease where you can change apartments at any point in your lease for a price of $1000.00. One would think that’s pretty cool, but that’s not been the experienced we hoped for.
We decided to downsize and the apartment complex was so good at first. Answered our questions, let us look at some apartments. It was pretty good. A bunch of little annoyances later, they told us they would waive the $1000 transfer fee. Super nice. Really was a blessing.
Here’s where the issue comes in. We went to pay the difference owed on the move out date and it was still showing the full rent amount of the old apartment plus the transfer fee and admin fee even though we moved out. I went in two days in a row and they ensured me they would get it adjusted. Not a week later, what do I get. A call from a DEBT COLLECTOR!!!
Like what the heck?! No phone call. Just an email somewhere I apparently missed. I was literally ready to pay it the day of. It was due to their system that couldn’t. Not so much as a phone before sending me to COLLECTIONS.
Windsor Castle hills has been excellent and they were so welcoming. Windsor mustang park on other hand will send you to collections for their own issues. I cannot believe I am dodging a debt collector. I don’t have debt issues. All my bills are paid. I feel like angry Barely scratched the surface of what we’re dealing with here.
I’ve called them 3 times today and cannot get through. I’m very frustrated. Here’s to hoping this one star review gets me a returned phone call.
