I have lived here for about 3 years and I have a LOT of ups and downs with the complex.My main issue is the maintenance team, it has gotten SO HORRIBLE over the last few years (really months) and right now its at its worst.It is impossible to get ahold of them, it is also VERY difficult to get ahold of the leasing office as well.Tyesha is the person i primarily ask for when i can FINALLY get ahold of somebody in the leasing office, she handles all of my problems with lots of patience and urgency. (Give her a raise!!!)Like all apartments they tend to show their flaws after awhile but my unit had a lot of problems from the previous owners and the clean up crew tried to cover up all the issues, but that didn't last very long AT ALL!Theirs been mold that my family had to endure for over 6 months before it got taken care of,.the AC units are old and break down constantly and the apartment are never prepared for the summer time. It also can take weeks to get it fixed.The maintenance team has changed so many times and they never leave a note saying they have been thru (Because they ignore requests).There TONS of foundation issues and the list can go on. But I'm not asking for you to give me a new unit or rebuild my walls that are currently cracking. I'm asking for help with the upkeep. I can only fix so many things on my own before i have to reach out to call someone for help. But that help only comes if they get told from a leasing agent to go check out an problem.I'm so fed up. These apartments have great potential and were so great in the beginning.

Maintenance team and Management will make little to no effort to respond to maintenance requests. We have had 105+ degree weather for the past month and somehow repairing A/C's is not a top priority... Make it make sense???

I like living here but maintenance is horrible. I have submitted 6 work orders for the same problem over a month now and they WON'T fix my kitchen light. So don't expect any help from maintenance or the office staff. But the property and the apartments are nice.

We've been living here and I'm not impressed, been here going on 5 years and the first 2 years were fine, but new management took over and its been down hill since. The only good thing I can say is the closet in the master bedroom is a great thing and its leads to the bathroom but it's too small. Taisha is always working hard, above and beyond; both ladies are proficient and really serves the residents. So, ?????5 stars for the leasing agents.

I have been living at Winddance Apts tor the past 4years. If you are looking for a comfortable apartment living experience, this is the place to live. Thanks to the genuine care and professionalism of the front office staff and maintenance team.Taisha Lee, is the best Leasing Agent. Always smiling and eager to assist.Also, Brenda the Assistant Mngr is always hands on solving any concerns I have. Very approacable.The maintenance team, Alonzo and Chris are so professional and take time getting the job done in a timely professional manner.In closing, although, this is their job, they always remember this is our home. Huge thank you to you all.Monica H.

Love living here! Very quiet, clean community. Shout out to the maintenance team especially Alonzo!! He came in to do some repairs for me the other month and did a great job! He did not rush and was very professional. I would like to also shout out Tiesha my favorite leasing agent in the office. She has such a warm, beautiful spirit. The day i walked in the office she assured me that I would get the apartment and I did!!

Have lived here over 2 years and all of the Office staff and Maintenance are amazing and quick to help. My A/C went out recently and Lonzo came out to help within 10 minutes, himself and Chris helped fix the issue right away. Always very professional I’d recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars!!!

Lived here for 2 years. AC was terrible during the summers. 76 was the lowest it got. (Even covered the windows). Front office staff just gives the impression that they don’t care. I moved out July 9th still haven’t got any close out receipt with my final move out cost no word on my deposit back. When I did call the office to ask about it it was “we will send it in the morning” month later nothing per usual. But hey that’s how they operate I guess if I could give them 0 stars I would. Complete joke

Alonzo, the maintenance guy came in and did an excellent job at fixing the ceiling fan issues and accessed the Air conditioning unit leak and gave a detailed solution that would rectify the leak coming from next door HVAC unit. Alonzo, is the greatest skilled asset to this complex.

NEW!!!!!!UPDATE!!!! Almost 2,000 a month in rent & you literally have to BEG maintenance to fix things. I've called the office 3 time reporting a leaking hallway toilet each time I've been lied to. Per my ring camera maintenance hasn't showed up!!! Save yourself the hassle. Move somewhere else!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!UPDATE!!!!! This place has been a complete nightmare from move in date until now!!! We went out of town for five days & came back to stolen packages. We were told by office personnel that it was nothing they could do about! Amazon emailed us a picture of the the packages being left at our door. We feel so unsafe staying here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WIND DANCE!!! Worst mistake ever signing a year lease.If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I've lived here since May 2022. The day I received my keys I was informed not to run the air conditioning for a few hours because it "froze over" however I ended up going all weekend without air. A maintenance request was submitted, maintenance came & supposedly "fixed the air" & a few days later the air was out again... I went another full weekend without air before FINALLY getting it fixed correctly. The garbage disposal went out, it was finally fixed days after the maintenance request was submitted. The parking arrangements are terrible & is not tenant friendly!!! It's literally no parking available by our apartment building ever! We have to park far away & walk. The gates are ALWAYS open, & we recently had notes on our door regarding parking lot theft, tenants catalytic converters were being stolen!! Again if I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! My roommate vehicle was towed & she had to pay over $400.00 to get the vehicle back. I regret signing a year lease here but I will NOT be renewing!!!!!

Love the whole staff! I have had minor normal issues in my apartment and they come immediately and call to see what's going on. I love living here and everyone is the nicest people.

Brenda and Taisha were very accommodating and attentive during my tour. I am considering this community based on the great service I received. Jessica assisted with an umbrella during the thunderstorm today.
