My first apartment here flooded twice do to bad plumbing, then they transferred me to a roach infested apartment. 3 weeks in and they still haven't fixed anything nor changed my mail box so I can't even get mail. Save yourself a click and RUN AWAY

Unhappy again and again and again.. The Management Knows.
Maintenance services are getting worse.
It takes 3 to 4 weeks for plumbing and appliances issues to be attended.
No scope of improvement at all...???

Hello to everyone. My wife and i have been living here for over 4 years and I'd like to say something about my experience at wind dance. It is awesome (period) we oh so appreciate all of the hard work from the maintenence crew. Thanks guys for all that you do! Oh. And please stop hiring models to work in the front office! I Love Living At Wind Dance Where I Meditate Take WALK Knowing That I'm Safe.Tony Is An Amazing Prompt Head Maintenance Service Work.They Take Very Great Care Of Me When I'm In Need Due To Issues. I Feel Like Apart Of The Family At LUMA. Will Reside To The Day I Die. Lived here for several years and while things started out great, it seems the maintenance here has gotten worse and worse each year. I have had several AC issues that takes the team over a week to fix and even when they do "fix" it, they just do the bare minimum to make the AC unit run a little longer. AC is currently broken again when they just "fixed" it last week.

I have been living in the complex for over 5 years and have been pleased from the start. Ty the Leasing agent is very thorough, professional, and attentive to all my needs as a resident, Jessica the complex manger is A+++ she walks the property and stays in communication with her maintenance team to make sure jobs are done in a timely fashion. This property is low key and in a private neighborhood tucked away.

I have lived here for about 3 years and I have a LOT of ups and downs with the complex.My main issue is the maintenance team, it has gotten SO HORRIBLE over the last few years (really months) and right now its at its worst.It is impossible to get ahold of them, it is also VERY difficult to get ahold of the leasing office as well.Tyesha is the person i primarily ask for when i can FINALLY get ahold of somebody in the leasing office, she handles all of my problems with lots of patience and urgency. (Give her a raise!!!)Like all apartments they tend to show their flaws after awhile but my unit had a lot of problems from the previous owners and the clean up crew tried to cover up all the issues, but that didn't last very long AT ALL!Theirs been mold that my family had to endure for over 6 months before it got taken care of,.the AC units are old and break down constantly and the apartment are never prepared for the summer time. It also can take weeks to get it fixed.The maintenance team has changed so many times and they never leave a note saying they have been thru (Because they ignore requests).There TONS of foundation issues and the list can go on. But I'm not asking for you to give me a new unit or rebuild my walls that are currently cracking. I'm asking for help with the upkeep. I can only fix so many things on my own before i have to reach out to call someone for help. But that help only comes if they get told from a leasing agent to go check out an problem.I'm so fed up. These apartments have great potential and were so great in the beginning.

Maintenance team and Management will make little to no effort to respond to maintenance requests. We have had 105+ degree weather for the past month and somehow repairing A/C's is not a top priority... Make it make sense???

I like living here but maintenance is horrible. I have submitted 6 work orders for the same problem over a month now and they WON'T fix my kitchen light. So don't expect any help from maintenance or the office staff. But the property and the apartments are nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE! These ppl overcharge for EVERYTHING that they don’t even provide. They can’t keep any maintenance workers on staff so things won’t get fixed. Looks nice on the outside…but ppl are leaving this place left and right!
