Their ATMs have been down for several days, and the next closest ATM is 15 min away each way.WF is so bad that I might just cross the street and open an account with Chase using the money I'm trying to deposit.

I recently opened a new account and credit card here.I'm not good at English, butThe general manager and Korean staff Sara were very kind and explained everything. It was a great experience with many employees who put customers first. thank you

I had my first scheduled bank meeting in this branch today. Sara Song helped me everything I needed to get the most of my investments. She was very professional and answered me all my questions in the best way. I am fully satisfied of the service and will recommend this team to my friends and my workmates.

The worst branch experience and HIS NAME IS MARCO HAS NO CLUE HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE MONEY IN THAT BANK. He needs to be trained again simple ma'am you need to make an appointment could of been over but I still don't know why I got treated that way and he made sure no one would help me.

I have banked at Wells Fargo for almost 20 years and have multiple accounts with them. I have never ever been treated as poorly as I was the day I walked into this branch and dealt with their branch manager Stephanie McDonough. From the minute I walked into the door I could already pick up her negative vibe. She did not even smile or greet me. She asked in a cold tone like I was bothering her "what can i help you with" her ands crossed by the way. I was flustered and in need of help because our payroll check has been put on hold for 10 days and all my bills are due. She would not help me by helping me understand the process or answer any questions as to whether or not Wells had received the funds from chase bank where my company payroll is. All she kept saying was "I cant not tell you that"and then accusedme of asking her to lift a hold on a check which I never asked her to. What I asked was "if chase bank has released the funds to Wells Fargo then why is wells holding the check , that means the check cleared" she wouldn't give me any answers and just kept saying "I WONT release it back office did it you will have to wait the 10 days" I even asked "what does it mean when you say back office held it?"and it was in such a condescending tone. It was unbelievable! I walked out of there so upset and felt utterly disrespected! Mind you in the nine accounts that I have with them I had well over enough money to cover that check either way.I understand the banks have policies and I appreciate the measures they put in place to protect us from fraudulent activity. However I was asking simple questions to help me understand the process so that I would know how to approach my employer with the matter if the issue was in fact with their bank.I left there and went to a different branch where are the bank teller Philip Friedman was able to give me the answers to the simple questions that I was asking, he even gave me a copy of the check as well as the notice they received showing it was in fact on hold from the other bank. THATS all i needed help with.The branch manager Stephanie McDonough apparently didn't want to help me that day and made it feel more like she was exerting some type of authority over the matter. It didn't feel like she couldn't tell me because she didn't know the information I was asking. It seemed more like she knew it but wouldn't there's a difference!!I will be closing all 9 accounts immediately

Needed to get $100 bill for graduation present. After waiting 15 min in line the 'one' teller pointedly asked if I had an account with Wells. I said no but just needed....(she immediately interrupted me and said they 'can't help me because I don't have an account with them'. Mind you, I have paid off 3 mortgages through Wells Fargo as well as just used their ATM which charged me $3.50. But nope... can't help you. Great customer service - keep it up! BTW, went across the street to Chase and they immediately gave me change and even offered gift envelopes.

Not a customer friendly place.Took appointment 2 times on different days. No solution for my simple problems. Staff was not friendly. One time I was on late by 10 minutes. Waited on the lobby. Nobody called or asked. Then I contacted the lady on the counter. She simply said " I apologize " . That's all. The second time I went back without getting anything. I will not go here in future. Thinking to move from this bank account.

Horrible customer service experience. Not due to a particular staff member but the amount of people working there and how the employees are managed. I waited there to see a banker for an hour and noticed that the same person was working drive through and also as a teller. Except that person, I saw just another person and God knows what that person was doing. 4 people who were waiting with me to meet a banker left after noticing the staffing conditions at the bank.Terrible, terrible staffing ending up with BAD customer service experience.

Don't bother making an appointment, it won't be honored. And if you have the gall to ask why nobody was available, Stephanie McDonough will berate you publicly, after she publicly castigates every other branch employee for having the audacity to call her in on her day off. I was there to open a new account, but after that experience, I'll never set foot in a Wells Fargo facility again.
