Online orders that cut off the top and bottom of prints aren't refundable or returnable. Sent away to return thru online and couldn't return online bc photos were never marked as delivered. Called Walmart photo and they sent me back to the store bc I paid in store. Went back in store to photo who sent me to customer service who said I couldn't return. Very unimpressed and will not use Walmart photo again.

The printing computers does not work. The customer service guy with cross earrings was rude & unprofessional. The photo center at this walmart is dysfunctional. I tried two times to order photos online & pickup at this location. The first time the photos were lost at this photocenter. I ordered again second time only to be disappointed again, the pickup notice never came. I was already suspecting something wrong with this photo center. I decided to visit in person the third time when I saw a photo center only for the sake of being there

Why do they have 18 check out centers and only 2-3 are open? The store is too crowded without enough employees

There are many things to sell in a reasonable price!!! In my opinion, they are sell for mass product. I went there last night to buy something a little bit not popular, like I looked for a shower curtain in 71" x 79" but they have only 72" x 72". And I can understand and expect that because when I found out that my new apartment is set up it super higher than normal. Anyway, I can tell the shower curtain style they sell is nice and fair price to but it.

7/23/20 - was scheduled to pick up groceries 10-11. Waited 40 minutes to get $160.00 order. Three stars because the lady was so nice that finally brought out my groceries.

Do not use the Walmart grocery app to order. It is CONSTANTLY out of order and it NEVER loads on the computer or anything. That will be last time I am ever going to use the online app. THAT WAS RIDICULOUS!

This Walmart is a decent location. Like any other place, it's not the best and can improve a lot, but it's reliable for anything you need. It's a Walmart, so don't expect any 4 or 5 star grocery stores like some other places. Customer service here is meh. Can definitely improve. Need to hire more cashiers because lines can get super long at times. It's in a safer location though, so I'll give it that. If you need to pick something up quickly though, this place won't disappoint you.

Cups we're supposedly in the wrong area even though there two packages of them. Let them know in checkout and they send someone to go look she comes back and said they were in the wrong area and I let her know that there were two of them in the same spot, she said there wasn't when she went back. So after checking out I go to look and she lied and just put them back. It's not the fact that they were in the wrong spot or wrong price, but wow an old lady is just going to straight up lie over something so simple. Pathetic

First off I loved Walmart! Walmart was my go to store for anything especially this location since it's right down the street from me. I would go there every weekend and sometimes even during the week. I'd get everything from groceries/clothes/toys/shoes and everything else there. Well tonight I went to go buy 2 cinnamon rolls, a pancake mix, tissue papers and wooden sticks. Now would I really steal those items? $10 the most, really come on. Well my husband paid for the first items with his card since the cash I had was for my daughters birthday items and I was buying the sticks. She came when I paid for the last one item and followed us to the exit, but she made sure to stay in front of us to grab our cart and ask for our receipt. I saw her from the beginning and knew she was going to do this. Well I had my receipt and asked her are you checking everyone's? She replied yes. Then we couldn't find my husbands receipt and I told her can't she go look? She said no. I told her why are you only stopping us and she said cause it shows we only paid for one item and that's when I told her why I paid for one item and he paid separate. Well his receipt was in the bag and we proved to her that everything was paid. I told her I won't be coming back to this Walmart then since were being discriminated. She laughed and said there's many more Walmart's. I even told her I will be calling and she said go ahead. Got her name as-well! I told her I'd be standing to see if she checks others. Well she did but she was telling them that she had to "check" since standing there and when people would walk where I was they were laughing. It was an embarrassment for a total r***** to assume we were stealing. She made herself look like a dumbass. Btw her name is Jana. Worse experience ever!

I visited Walmart yesterday just doing some general shopping. As I was approaching the baby aisle i heard a man talking to his Hispanic employees. You all need to " rapido" like 1,2,3,4,5. 35 pallets need to be done in 35 mins. He was talking to them as if they were done. Not only was it so upsetting ... it was disgusting . He was yelling at how things looked and I couldn't take it anymore. He told a lady walk with me . I asked the worker he left behind was she okay and she said no and felt embarrassed. I walked around the corner and heard him going off on the Vietnamese lady in apparel and you could honestly see how upset she was as well. The way he talked to them like they were worthless and especially trying to mimic their language. His name was Charles and I know for a fact that's not how you run a store. I was really disgusted. I work in corporate and honestly every time I come to that Walmart those same ladies great me with a smile and their areas look nice and zoned. You're honestly pathetic and so disrespectful for talking to your employees like that's all they are to you. Being customer centric starts by grooming your internal customers first in a professional way. You are disrespectful and should honestly be put down the way you did those ladies yesterday.

Don’t recommend pharmacy, there is always a line because they only put one person to deliver prescriptions.
