Went to get some biofreeze or icyhot (whichever they had) and they had signs on the door stating the store closed at midnight -got there between 12:30 and 12:45- due to staffing issues. Two other people pulled up right after me who didn't seem too happy about it being closed too. Based on the other reviews I read this store seems to be going downhill, maybe they're just better off closing down for good since they're having staff issues.

Horrible turn around time
My I’ll mother had Rx called in at1:50 on 5/31 it’s now 7:24
For a steroid topical and oral
As well as zofran
At 6:20 spoke to Rebecca told me it was going to be 2 more hours
Don’t trust this place if your family members need medical assistance
Very poorly ran pharmacy
Do not trust her rx will be ready in 2 hours or 3-4

I have been going to this Walgreens and HEBA is always helpful, kind and very friendly. She always takes the time to talk to me and takes care of any issues. She is just an amazing person.

I’m going to start adding videos. There should not be 7 cars in the drive through. I walked in and there were no customers at the counter. So why are they so slow? I mentioned to the pharmacist she didn’t care.

I see why such a low rating their pharmacist are rude, and incapable of doing their job. I have had to call 5 times, got 5 different stories and none of them know what they’re doing and issue is still unresolved. Complete ignorance

Sad, they don’t have enough help I guess. One employee in particular Mary at the photo just seems completely overwhelmed and in turn is short with customers. I feel bad for her but her attitude is horrible. I asked another woman if she could help me and she just walked off while she yelled no. I think they need more help!

March 23,2024 at 5:00 PM. I had the most hateful and nasty employee interaction. The way this employee spoke to me was unacceptable. If this is the best you can hire, Walgreens has major major issues. Walgreens I know you can do better. I will never set foot in this Walgreens again.
