Called to see if the prescriptions called in by my doctor were ready. The Walgreens app does not provide information on prescriptions submitted directly to the pharmacy by phone by the doctor. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and then heard someone disconnect the call. That is extremely poor customer service.
