I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Walgreens Pharmacy. Not only did they fail to provide the necessary medication, but they also caused unnecessary complications that resulted in me having to revisit my doctor for a prescription. The whole process of transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy became a time-consuming ordeal. Their lack of efficiency and inability to handle the situation properly left me feeling disappointed and inconvenienced. I would strongly advise others to explore alternative pharmacy options to avoid the hassle and frustration I encountered with Walgreens.

Walked in to pick up some items and the store blocked all isles. The cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful. Why have this location open if you are doing maintenance. Will not return here again

Guess I should have went to the reviews first before I asked my doctor to send my prescription here.... I went to get my prescription and it wasn't in, I requested it based off the script and I was told it would be ready in an hour. When I came back in an hour exactly they told me it had been cancelled but didn't know why so I had wait another 20 minutes to get it

Dr. Bharat P. was extremely patient, kind and understanding. I am visiting from another state and I had to go to the ER. He called ky insurance company and reassured me that it would work out fine. I am extremely grateful for Bharat for his ability to provide me with the best care possible. I highly recommend Walgreen Pharmacy because of him. He also deserves lunch or a raise from the company.

Under qualified staff. One lady who has been working over an year now, she has no clue what she is doing. Takes my RX card and says that it was expired in 2019 which is not true since online it shows still active.

Can't even get ahold of the pharmacy. When you call in to speak with someone you are talking to someone who is not physically in the store so they have to transfer you in to check on a prescription. Just sat on hold twice for 30 mins each being the "second caller in line" until the system auto hung up on me. They have it set to where you can't call in clearly. Such trash, no wonder their ratings are garbage.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The CVS across the street has the same items for prices 33% less. This Walgreens is a discredit to the brand. It has: long lines, overpriced items, inept/untrained cashiers, unresponsive leadership/supervisors, and bad customer service. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!

This is the slowest fu**ing Pharmacy in town. Standing in line for 20 minutes with only one person checking people out and all these people with issues it's stupid. Going through the drive thru is way faster. Here is where management is failing. The person working the drive thru only handles the drive thru regardless of how many people are standing in line inside. Finally after the line got so long and people waiting forever, a pharmacist decided to help out on the other register. Now I know why this location has such a low rating. I am ready to change to another pharmacy.

They will make you wait extra long if you don't have an appointment. Even if you work 80 hours a week on nights and have to stay up through your sleep time to accept the punishment for not having an appointment.\\nGet an appointment first.

Pharmacy staff is rude and clueless on how to treat customers. Originally had us wait for 45 minutes to let us know that they are unable to run our insurance benefits and to come back to figure out how to proceed. Two days later and they still haven't run the benefits and said that they are unable to refund the amount that we paid. The pharmacist manager Linda was asked for assistance and didn't even want to help with the situation. I understand that days can be long but without us as customers, Walgreens wouldn't have a need for you as a pharmacist at their location. It would be nice for the entire pharmacy staff to learn customer service skills including management.
