Management has apparently made it impossible for employees to be helpful here. I ordered same-day bookmarks on 6/20. Went to pick them up at the estimated time, and they said they didn’t have anyone there who knew how to do it. Came back today, 7/1, and they said they actually can’t do it because the machine is broken (“a wheel fell out of the machine”???) and has been since mid-June. I asked why they advertise that service on their website. They don’t know. I asked why I got multiple emails that it was ready. They don’t know. I asked if they can move it to a Walgreens that can do the job, they said they can’t.I used to be a regular customer at Walgreens because of their excellent and timely completion of prints. Not any more. This will be my last visit.

Important advice to this pharmacy: When sending a request for prior authorization for med to the doctor who prescribed it, INCLUDE A FACE SHEET that has the patient's insurance info on it.I have been without my heart medicine for almost a week, because you say the prior auth hasn't been done. However, I called my cardiologist, and they sent it right away to the insurance THEY had on file.It's February. People switch insurance plans in January. People see cardiologists every 6 months at best. Do better.

Just moved to the area and decided to use this Walgreens. When they don't have a prescription in stock on Monday they tell you they'll order it and it'll be in Wednesday. When you call to check the status on Wednesday they tell you they actually didn't order it, but can order it, and it'll be here next week. Then say "what we can do for you is you can call around to different pharmacies and see if they have it in stock and then you can call your doctor and have them call it in to that pharmacy" When they could have just said "we're bad at this and there is nothing we can do to help you, but if you would like more of your time wasted and your prescription delayed some more, I'd be happy to do that for you"

This is the worst walgreens in the system. It's really insane how poorly managed this store is. I'm so sad that my work switched health care providers so I'm forced to use Walgreens. Just standing here inside, 9 people in line and no employees in the pharmacy, none, we're all just wondering where everyone went.

Went there to ask pharmacy if they had any medication for asthma attacks (which I was experiencing at that moment). They barely acknowledged me and the head guy behind the counter rudely answered "hot coffee?" WOW.

This Walgreens has beautiful rose bushes outside in the parking lot. Park next to them, they smell glorious. This is becoming my fave stop for everyday supplies like tissues, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, milk, water, etc., combined with the Carrollton Supermarket down the street, I can pretty much get everything I need in a 2 Block area without having to go into a Walmart/Target which I hate. My hubby has gotten his blood pressure medication filled in the pharmacy, great service all around... Plus, who else has beautiful roses to greet you? Highly recommend.

Walgreens rips you off on prescriptions. 6-10 times more expensive than Albertsons or Walmart Pharmacy's prices for same prescription. I wasted literally hundreds of dollars believing they were giving proper discounts. Shame on me for my trust.

I ordered Xmas cards prepaid in Nov. The order said they would be delivered to the store on 12.11. I called the store to make sure they were there. After 30 minutes they found the order and said they were in transit and knew nothing else. I tried the chat and after 10 minutes she could not find anything. I called customer service and was transferred only to be told that I was breaking up so she couldn't help. It does not matter what part of Walgreens I deal with it is the run around. Customer service does not exist I give up. I will be charging the cards back for non recipient. No more Walgreens for me. I see there are many bad reviews.

This Walgreens has one of the worst employees ever. Literally, this woman gives be grief every single time I go in there because I use coupons. She tries to make up her own rules about why I can or cannot use a specific coupon and even register rewards that the store gave me for purchasing something. I understand their coupon policy and I abide by it. But this cashier makes my shopping experience there the absolute worse! The other employees are nice and welcoming but this one just makes the environment so hostile for no reason at all. I've ignored it a few times but I'm done. I've called corporate and hopefully they will do something about it.

Waiting in line at the drive-through at Walgreens corner of Josey & Keller Springs. This pharmacy is always understaffed. I would go inside but there's a long line in there as well. It's 230 in the afternoon. I know corporations like to save money but this location is poor customer service always makes the customer suffer with ridiculous lines. I suppose I could go to the Walgreens north of here on Chelsea. Not as convenient but maybe the lines are better in the stores better run
