My first visit with Dr Stillie, and all I can say is that he such a gentle and compassionate person. You can truly tell how passionate and caring he is for what he does.

Terrible customer service. They are very inconsistent with communication. Up charge prices every time I go there. The team does not work well with each other the doctors are apathetic. The worst place I have ever taken my dog to. Mateo Paws is way better. Would recommend taking your loved one there.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this vet! The vet tech Thelma and Dr. Silley are the best in the building. They checked out cats eye out, flushed his eye and did a normal checkup. We were treated with such kindness and grace!I recommend this vet to all my family and friends. I only have cats, though so I can only speak for that. After reading a lot of negative reviews, I’m truly shocked. I’ve taken all 3 of my cats here and the staff has been nothing but AMAZING!When I brought my first kitty here, they spayed her. The vet who did the surgery, personally called me, checked on us, and made sure my kitty was healing correctly. I have never experienced care like this before. Such an amazing place!

They made an emergency appointment for my dog even though he wasn't a current patient. He ate 9oz of chocolate and he's 74lbs. The fast response probably saved his life. We got it out of him within an hour of him ingesting it. Cost less than $500.00

Spoke to receptionist Anna, so rude and unprofessional can not hold a conversation and wasted my time. All i did was ask a simple question and it was a whole 5 minutes of “hmmm and uhmm” then started yelling and getting frustrated. Do not have people answering the phones if they arent capable of answering simple questions its so hard to try to get information when the person on the other line is clueless, if you’re frustrated with me wanting to know what you can offer my pet then find a job where you arent responsible for their medical need. definitely not coming back.

This place is absolutely wonderful! Responsive, empathetic, will work with your schedule and clearly just very good with your animals. My anxious cat came in flustered and left looking visibly calmer, even after getting her nails clipped and a shot. Thank you!

We've been coming here for about 5 years now. I always get top-notch care and compassion from Dr. Stillie and Dr. Walters. The prices here are very good compared to others, and the upfront pricing is also a plus. The fact that Dr. Walters sends emails to check in on my pets is so welcoming and sweet. My dog Chonka Bear adores her.Dr. Stillie spends so much time with you, explaining all things that could be wrong and the possible courses of actions. He will call to go over results and give options for the upcoming treatments if there are any. They are both gems of that office!!I have been to nearly 20 vets due to a dog who suffered from sudden grand Mal seizures and spent thousands just on diagnostics and blood tests from vets all over the bay area and never recieved the same level of care I have gotten from Dr. Walters and Dr Stillie.I tried 5 local vets around here in Plano when we moved and just didn't care for those vets at all. If I don't like your bedside manner with my dog, I'm just not coming back. I luckily found Vetsavers and won't use anyone else. The front office staff is also awesome, super friendly, and bless their hearts for dealing with my forever shedding Great Pyr Yetti Bear ❤️

At Vetsavers, the goal isn't to save you money. It's to get you in to upcharge you, so they make more money off you on your visit. Dr Stillie and the vetsavers clinics will try to get you to spend more than the price listed for services on their website by offering other tests and services for your pet. Read the other reviews. I am not the only one they pull this scam with. If your cat has an upper respiratory infection and they eyes are usually runny with fluid??? They just need a shot. They suggested to get a test done to see if the eye was scratched which isn't needed and offer to sell you expensive eye drops. I said let's just do the shot first and we can take it from there. Cat got the shot and was better in a week no need to pay for eye test and drops. They hope you are dumb and say yes please charge me more money.

I went here for the first time this week with my newly adopted dog from the Dallas Animal Shelter. Upon walking in, the front staff were nice and approachable. The vet tech came out, and needed her weight. I had to try and life her up on the scale, while the tech watched me. Upon being brought back into one of the rooms, she asked what was going on. I explained that I just adopted her and was concerned about her dry patches of skin and her sneezing/cough, as kennel cough is rampant in big shelters such as Dallas. Without looking at or even touching my dog, she began to offer an expensive “allergy” shot, x-rays and bloodwork (which cannot detect kennel cough), etc. Mind you, the tech said this was necessary to detect kennel cough, which I have never heard of and turned out to be false. This is all before the doctor even came in the room. The doctor entered the room and didn’t even acknowledge my dog nor did she look at her skin like I requested. I think she peeked her head over at her ONE time other than when she did an anal gland expression. I expected to have my issues addressed and not have someone try to up-charge me for unnecessary tests/shots. They gave me medicine for her sneezing and said that they don’t have the right dosage so I can go buy a pill cutter at a Pharmacy. Ridiculous. I have been to a few different vets over the years for my other pets and I have NEVER had an experience like this.

My has been bringing our dog here for about five years. Today I brought our dog into the clinic bc my wife had surgery. To the owner: I strongly encourage you to conduct more training for the employees at the reception/check in area when interacting with customers. The employee I interacted with was rude and kinda gave me a stare. No smiles and no greeting such as (hello/hi/welcome).
