I ordered a phone online for pick up and Alexis and Sally were super sweet to get it ready for pick up in less than an hour before they closed! They made it super easy and quick to get the phone and get the tempered glass put on. Thanks ladies!!

Came into Verizon and got a new phone, new watch. Zariah was amazing. We got all the information we needed, but had to check some things before pulling the trigger on the deal. There was no pressure to sign right then and there, so we gladly came back a few days later and did the deal with Zariah. Everything went smoothly and she was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Sally was really great as well. Highly recommend this location and staff.

Entered the store and spoke with Sally and almost immediately received aditiude. Verizon is steadily going straight downhill when it comes to customer service. I've been losing service with my phone for 3 months and took it into a different location, and they took my SIM card and added ESIM. I came here to get an actual physical SIM card to put bsck in my phone to possibly resolve the issue and Sally instructed me it was 40$ when I was not the one who changed the SIM card in the first place. I WOUD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. It is empty, with limited phones, and Sally treated me as if their issues are my fault.?
