I purchased a RAZ phone for my mother in-law and went in the store to activate. He was very helpful. He was also very kind. I was coughing and he got me tissues and water. Best customer service I have ever received in the 20 plus years I have been on VZW.

Mohsin had to deal with 3 unhappy customers, all whom had the same problem. We could call someone, but we couldn't hear them respond. Mohsin fixed all of our phones (2 Apple) He was calm, supportive and very technically competent. The problem had something to do with an "upgrade" for Verizon Wifi yesterday.

I replaced my whole family's phones with new ones here a year ago. However, they told me that they don't have any new products right now and that if I tell them the model I want, they will show it to me tomorrow. Then, they showed me several models the next day and signed a contract, making me pay for delivery, and when I checked again, they signed me up for insurance that I didn't want and said it was $60 a month. I let the money go out... I'm an Asian who doesn't speak English very well so I have to be very careful here. I didn't do this before when there were Asian people around. I don't know how to do this. I hope you guys are careful with these people too.

Brian's tech expertise was impressive; however, the other two techs engaged in very loud conversations about personal matters to the extent we were unable to hear one another. They might benefit in being a little more considerate next time.
