Why is this location always locked and I’m left outside waiting for someone to come unlock it during business hours? Then to top it off, there’s nobody inside just the reps sitting there on their phones.

Location isn’t an actual Verizon, just an authorized seller. Employees buy five star reviews on Google and shadily force you into business plans when you’re looking for a family plan. Employees are rude, uncaring, and only care about pushing sales for their own benefit. I would avoid at all costs.

This place is shady… they keep the front door locked and when they came to the door I asked about putting on a screen protector I was told they have a “special “ machine that does it for $15 bucks! No thanks! Then I saw where it says
“ authorized “ dealer so i should’ve known it’s not a corporate store anymore. Beware!

I went into the store to exchange my Galaxy note for the Samsung S24 Ultra. It was a preorder on a company account. After spending an hour reviewing the account, my phone, and rebates, I was told that there would be an extra $17.66 added to the account. We agreed upon this and I ordered the phone. February 1st arrives and I go to pick up my phone and paid $30 for them to transfer everything over along with the taxes. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until they let me know that all I have to do is sign this agreement to change my plan to one with an extra $10 per month. We are talking of hours of time and energy wasted and then the bait and switch at the very last moment. A mistake on their end not reading the details of their own company and then say "well, it's only $10 more a month." That is on top of the $17.66 so it's actually $27.66 a month. Scam location!!! I will be returning my phone and going to a different location to do this all over again.
