I recently had the pleasure of having my vehicle serviced at Van Hyundai, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They took the time to thoroughly explain the services needed and kept me informed throughout the process.
The quality of service was exceptional; my vehicle was returned to me in perfect condition, and I could immediately feel the difference in performance. The technicians clearly know their craft and took great care to ensure everything was done right.
I highly recommend Van Hyundai for anyone in need of vehicle service. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. Thank you, Van Hyundai, for your outstanding service!

I recently had a frustrating experience regarding costs from an aftermarket device that was installed by this dealer prior to purchase two years ago. However, I am happy to share that the situation was handled with complete professionalism once it reached the Executive Manager, Abdullahi Babalola.
After an initial delay in communication following a meeting with the sales and service departments, I reached out to Mr. Babalola directly. He acted immediately, honored the agreement to split the costs, and resolved the matter to my full satisfaction within hours.
While the initial process was a bit rocky, the way leadership stepped in to make it right earned my respect. I'd like to see more desire and accountability to resolve issues at the lower levels, but It’s clear they value their customers when it counts.

Edit: Don’t tell me to reach out and I don’t receive a reply to my email. Not surprised however.
I recently bought a used 2025 Santa Fe from this dealership, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. We purchased the vehicle after the service department was closed and I discovered one of the tires had a slow leak—something that should have been caught during even a basic inspection. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the dealership gave me the runaround and acted like it wasn’t their problem. (I was even told by Heather to bring it to QT to put air and return the following week if it kept loosing pressure )
For the amount of money I spent, I expected at least a reliable vehicle and honest communication. Unfortunately, I left feeling like they were more interested in making a sale than making sure I drove off with a car in good condition. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership.
I now have to bring the vehicle to a tire shop and get it repaired on my own dime , when it should have been repaired by Van Hyundai.
I did call and speak to Derrell and he was a very nice gentleman , just doesn’t seem like there’s anything that he can do to mitigate the situation

IMPORTANT UPDATE
I have seen three different mechanics other than this dealership and they all agreed on the issue: only a little part needed to be adjusted or replaced on the turbo based on Hyundai corporate own policies. This “official Hyundai dealership” offered me to change my entire turbo for $5000 without even checking that Hyundai officially issued a technical bulletin for that same well known problem. The same bulletin explicitly saying in bold character to not change the turbo in this particular case. $5000 is half the cost of resale for my car. When I told them about the previous diagnosis, the representative was surprised so I had to give him the Hyundai bulletin number which, despite reading it, did not change his standpoint. $180 to check an engine light and bill me for very expensive things I do not need to do on my car. Do not trust their reply or anything else, they are either dishonest, or incompetent, or both.
UPDATE: my car is now fixed with no issue, repaired by an honest mechanic I was referred to. It cost me 2H of labour, somewhere around $200, to simply adjust a part like indicated in the Hyundai bulletin. No parts were needed for the reparation. It is now August 2023 and my car has been running great for months.
UPDATE: It is now more than 2,5 years my car was fixed honestly by a trusted mechanic. I never had another issue again.

Because my 10 yo car decided to give up the ghost the weekend before I traveled to my daughter’s house in Texas, I needed to buy car asap. After researching online, I decided on a Hyundai Tucson. My daughter was familiar with Van Hyundai; we visited on a Monday evening and bought one within two hours. The experience was absolutely wonderful. Tim Reagan, Laura from finance, and AB were exceptional. They took care of everything I needed in the most pleasant and efficient manner. This was so important because the car needed to be shipped to another state and I didn’t need to deal with the particulars. Tim called daily when I returned home to make sure to all questions were answered. The car is everything I needed; I’m so pleased with experience, the people, and the car.

Amazing car buying experience Tim was professional and easy to work with didn’t have to hassle back and forth. He even came and personally picked me up and I drove off in my new Tuscan the same day about an hour later.
