The worst service in the world. We are 12 people in the line, just one person serving, but this person doesn’t care about the time of the 12 out. Just went inside and does thing inside that are no related to our requests. That is completely disrespectfully. We have more than 20 min here and she does not apear to help us. Avoid this place and go to another location, you will save time.

Went here in the morning today and the older lady on the far left was so incredibly rude.She was complaining about being up there alone (even though she was being incredibly unhelpful and lazy) and bad mouthing her coworkers the entire time.She told me she “didn’t have time for this” when I asked to pick up my mail that was being held. She was so rude and was rude to the customers in front of me as well. I went back in the afternoon and a nice woman helped me in under 10 minutes I wish I would have caught her name!

Slow, rude, don’t follow directions, flat out lie to customers. Was told 3 times my Mail was not there before a manager finally came out and found it. Waited in line of 12 people with one person at a window to get my held mail, because nobody working pickup window. Wish I could give a zero star.

Came to do an address change Chinese lady in the front which she’s always here I’m assuming in the front gave me a bad attitude yet refuse to get someone to help me,came back today and seems as she’s nt trying to find the manager on duty…also have two ppl in the front not jst one she has a bad attitude not with me came across with another person who she raised her voice

I normally don’t write reviews but I’m already stressed about my sons passport…Went to go take my sons passport back to a printing error, and I wanted to make sure everything was correct the Asian lady in glasses was very rude I was trying to ask a question straight up said I don’t have anything to do with passports, I don’t do passports as I stated I’m not asking that I just want to ask a question about the paper and I need to ship it over night pointed to one area that he like 5 envelopes and I kept asking which one she goes omg that one when clearly there are 5 walked off and went to lunch without helping, but sh’ereese sorry for misspelling her name was very helpful she called me over and informed me she went to lunch that she will help me, I’m very grateful for her she was able to help me with my question and make sure it got sent over night. Thank you for your help shereese!

I have come to this particular post office for over 20 years, even now when I live outside of Carrollton, because of its quality service and friendly staff. The staff goes out of its way to be helpful and explain things, is always professional, and quick as possible. At closing the entire staff works together to get everyone serviced before the end of the day.
I always bring my mail here because I know it will be delivered in the quickest amount of time possible.
I have never understood why the ratings of this post office are so low. I have never in my life been in a kinder, more efficiently run PO. It's like finding a gold mine in a desert.

This customer service is the worst, I came here to get my packet that was delivered there and the asian old lady with glasses was being rude and racist, she didn't want to give me my packet and threw my phone at me twice after I showed her that it was delivered there. She told me to leave after I went three times to claim my packet. Never going there again.

My package said it was going to arrive Monday but as of Wednesday, it seems it hasn’t been scanned by USPS, even though it says departed UPS since 2 days ago. After confirming with UPS, it seems there is a possibility that USPS just hasn’t scanned my package to confirm a tracking number, which would then let me talk to a USPS agent. I get that it is a holiday tomorrow but my package has been “enroute” for 2 days and is now going to be 4 days late.

One of the worst post offices in the area. Always a huge line and usually just one employee working the counter while several others wander around aimlessly. Today one of the employees literally announced he was bored as he aimlessly wandered around while not helping any customers.
