this place sounds like a nightmare for drivers AND folks relying on their shipping services. it should not take 2 weeks for a package to travel 3 hours. there is a larger issue going on at this facility and it needs to get sorted out. so far i have received only 1 of 2 packages that were stuck here. if i ever get the 2nd i'll update for folks who are going through the same panic spiral with no answers like I was.

This has been one of the worst places i have ever loaded at 6 and a half hours sitting in door and still no paperwork stay away from this terrible place if at all possible

Best advice for this location is to start having dedicated docks for specific destinations to make these deliveries less of a hassle for everyone! How would you feel if you're there for Austin, TX deliveries and received one for Tulsa, OK instead!? People send ashes of loved ones through the mail, medications, etc that an email can't deliver! Do Better! Treat your employees better and maybe they'll start showing up to work!

Very unprofessional workplace.They talk to there employees like there kids,everybody fake,they show favoritism to either the hispanics or someone they like.They also make you come 1 hour early for what absolute reason? I dont know.But yeah dont work here i suggest.0 stars

My packages have gotten lost here numerous times. I always worry when I see that something I ordered is being directed here. Considering that I don’t live far away, it is extra infuriating when I look at tracking and see that something is sitting in Carrollton with no movement for days. This is inexcusable!

Fast unloading,but parking is super tight,so good luck what can i say. Didnt see any restroom,the checking in door is near the dock one. Really fast unloading.

DO NOT WORK HERE. They will expect you to show up an hour early (which you wont be paid for) and if you don't you will be fired for it. They also talk to you like a dog.
