Absolute BEST staff and service!!! Jeremy is a notary and has notarized paperwork for me. He’s always very courteous and provides excellent service! The other employees like Angela and Kayla are also extremely friendly and provide top notch service as well!! Everyone always greet me by name and I love it! I will always utilize this store for my mail and shipping services! Kudos Hebron Carrollton store!!

Service is good but,
The manual entrance door is the main problem , for an easier access , the door needs to be replaced with automatic door.
When you are carrying out the boxes and it really makes you difficult opening the door.

Very professional and customer focus service ! , I had made mistake in one of my form to be notarised. once i requested to correct it , The customer support person helped me by printing new corrected form and re notarised immediately. Would recommend this location any of their service. !!

I have visited this store several times. There are FANTASTIC employees there:
Jeremy went above and beyond a bit ago: never sent a package with pre-printed label. I did not realize I could ship a “hybrid” package with USPS/UPS on label. Thought I had to go to USPS. I left that package in my car. Not only did he go to my car to get this package, he said “you can wait here, I will bring the receipt to you”. You see, I am handicapped and use a walker. Great worker with good manners 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Kayla helped me a bit ago. I had never saved a label to my phone to have them print the label. She walked me through the process while working 2 work stations. The store was very busy that day. She, too, was very kind to help a 66-year-old lady. 🌟🌟🌟🌟
I will never shop a different UPS store.

Had to ship something important, came in 10 mins before close. Felt bad but Angela helped me ship the package no problems, felt like dealing with family. Great location.
