My recent experiences at this UPS Store have been troubling. I have noticed a pattern where the white staff members are noticeably less friendly and accommodating toward Asian customers. On multiple occasions, I felt dismissed or spoken to in a curt, unhelpful manner, while other customers received warmer service.
When I looked at other low-star reviews, I noticed that several were also from Asian customers, which makes me believe this may not be a coincidence. This is deeply disappointing and unacceptable in any business, especially one that should serve the public equally.
I hope management takes this seriously and addresses staff training on professionalism and customer respect. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same courtesy, regardless of race or background.

Kathy and AP are exceptional ladies I enjoy going to this location because they take such good care of me and Always do everything so amazingly! They are top notch at their job and I greatly appreciate them very much!! It’s nice working with people that do an exceptional job.

UPS Store #3189 is my new go-to mailing center. Everyone is so nice and patient, even when there is a line. I have used them for packages and shredding. AP helped me today, and I had some additional needs for one of the packages. She immediately knew what was needed and made our visit quick and easy. Thank you for your work!

I drop my Amazon returns off at ups because it’s easy and very pleasant. The lady at the front is always so friendly and helpful. She makes the experience so pleasant. Thank you!!!

Let me just start by saying, I hate going to UPS. I have to make frequent visits because of the company I work for and more often than not the employees are rude and the experience is terrible.
However, with this specific store, I actually look forward to having to swing by. Kathy (the manager) has built such an inviting atmosphere in that store and is always so welcoming. You can tell she really embodies what it means to be a leader by the team she’s built there. On the days I can’t be assisted by Kathy, I equally enjoy my experiences with her other team members, so shoutout to them too! The customer service and efficiency every UPS store needs is represented in this team.
So all of that to say, if you’re trying to pick a UPS store to go to because so many are in the area, just save yourself the headache and go to this one. Kathy and her team will get you in and out with grace and a smile. Thanks for all you do guys!
