Kathy the Manager at the Old Denton, Carrollton TX location was great, however they had system problems which left Kathy to handle a 4 deep line until the other terminal came up. She works well under stress and thanked us for our patience. Give her a raise!!

Please, please fix the A/C in this building! Dropped off a package Monday and the temp inside the facility was in the 90s. Hard working, friendly staff literally MELTING away!! ?? .
