Went in for an alignment on my E38 and one of the eccentric bolts snapped due to corrosion. Neil and his crew were very up front, came up with a solution and got my car back on the road without any drama. The alignment is perfect and it drives as it should again. The shop is also incredibly clean and organized - don’t see that a lot anymore. Highly recommend

These guys are totally honest and respectful. I can tell they are trying to win repeat clients over just checking a box. I’ve always been sensitive to wheel alignment in every car I’ve had. I was hesitant to get my X5 adjusted because what if it comes back worse or with an annoying crooked steering wheel? Ultimate Bimmer Service actually did it 100% the first time and they weren’t afraid to make a major adjustment. They had to. The dealer I bought it from, BMW of Plano, told me they aligned the car before I bought it a few months ago. I’ve posted the before and after. No wonder why Plano didn’t put the spec sheet in the car as promised.
The car drives like it should now. It’s like I have a new car. The feeling is so different and natural now. They did it just perfectly.

A quick stop by and talked to Brent about whether or not my M240i x drive needs break pads replacement. He did a quick check and honestly Brent said my car is no way near in need of the pads replacement, about 80% left on pads. Few weeks ago a BMW dealer called and insisted me to bring my car in for the job. I didn’t buy what the dealership said so I contacted Ultimate Bimmer Service for a quick check. So glad I brought my car in. These guys are honest!! Thank you! When my car is due for services I know for sure where to bring it in, Ultimate Bimmer Service.

As a new customer with a 20-year old, low mileage E39, I can't recommend Ryan, Brent, Neil and Ultimate Bimmer Service more heartily. I sought a second opinion from them on service recommended by a shop that serviced multiple Bimmers for me over the years. Ryan checked it out and explained why it wasn't urgent or would be necessary anytime soon. A couple of weeks later, when I needed power steering fluid, Brent checked it out and invited me to walk under the car, so he could show me the leak. He explained the upgraded power steering system from BMW, and quoted a price lower than expected. When I picked up the car (on schedule and cleaned), Neil showed me the parts they replaced and explained what they'd done. In 50 years of driving, I've never had a more pleasing and professional auto care experience.

Wanted to add the Carbahn stage 1 controller to my X5 M60i. Ultimate Bimmer was listed as an authorized dealer. Called and spoke with Neil who was thorough when explaining the quote. Because Ultimate Bimmer/Neil was thorough and communicated in a timely manner I decided to also have them add MSS AHS lowering springs. If you’re thinking about having your BMW serviced I highly recommend Ultimate Bimmer, you’ll appreciate Neil’s thoroughness. I also interacted with Brent who is the owner, if you happen to interact with Brent you’ll understand why Neil is fantastic to deal with.

Brung my car in for an oil pan change which Take 5 Oil caused. I got my car back and it was smoking, squealing, and the back driver side was sunken down almost on the tire. I have audio of Neil sayin they ddnt look at my car for days and then Ryan sent me a email sayin they looked at if the first day they received it. I have video of Neil saying my car definitely didn’t come in that way it left. My car is going up on the tow truck straight to them in the first pic and the second pic is how it came back. I have to seek legal counsel to get this rectified. I dnt advise anyone to go here!!!’
