Dr. Keiting helped my brother when he had to euthanize his 20 yo chihuahua. He was very nice and even gave him a lower cost. I will be taking my 2 chihuahua to him here on!

My 4 year old pup is my baby. So, when one day last week I came home from work and found her urinating blood and unable to move from pain I completely panicked. I called her doctor and even though they were completely swamped, they made accommodations for me to drop her off for an exam. Two hours later, I came back to pick her up and she was walking and wagging her tail. Yes, she was still in pain and yes she had a severe UTI but at least she wasn’t in pain anymore. The office was incredible and super sensitive to my emotional meltdown. And the doctor was so kind to fit her in and to give her a proper exam and an x-ray and a pain shot to make her more comfortable. She’s been in antibiotics for almost a week now, and has completely recovered. Super thankful to the entire crew at the Trinity Pet hospital.

Trinity Pet Hospital is the best. Everyone is courteous and helpful. Dr Keating is amazing. My dog, Sheldon, would not go anywhere else.

i was supposed to be working towards my CVA with this clinic and i can now say i’ve NEVER worked with a more racially biased and unprofessional staff in my entire career. i conducted my assignment with them for as long as i could but i couldn’t take the hostility and the isolation. after battling for about a month and a couple weeks to get the Dr.Keating to sign my papers stating i conducted my skill requirements, i come to find out they falsified my assignment papers after harboring them from me for a month and sent them to my school without my knowledge. management is equally unprofessional; they often degrade most of the clients during and after appointments and don’t even TRY to hide their poor communication and people skills (one time a client asked about how much longer they had to wait to be seen as it’s been 30 minutes already and their appt was only meant to last 20 minutes and the office manager literally said “i don’t know” with an irritable tone and disappeared to the back to never be seen again until way after that patient was seen). i wouldn't recommend this clinic to ANYONE whether it’s just for cheaper treatment or not. obviously they wouldn’t want anyone to know this and will try to discredit me but i have recorded proof of this treatment. like i said… one of the worse clinics i’ve come across; a hole in the wall that shouldn’t have been allowed to make it this far. thank you!

We have been coming to Trinity Pet Hospital for 20+ years and Dr. Keating has taken care of our pets nearly every time we have been in. This has even included the times where we had to send out pets across the Rainbow Bridge and Dr. Keating and his staff have always been very supportive as we went through the grief. Additionally, Dr. Keating is very honest in he never tries to upsell us on anything related to medications, food, or treatments.Even after we moved from the North Dallas area to McKinney we still make the 30+ minute drive to have Dr. Keating & staff provide support for our Fury Kids. And we plan to continue to do so for the foreseeable future.Thanks Dr. Keating & Trinity Pet Hospital!

I love this place! Since I adopted my dog, Domino Drake, he has been looked after by the Doctor and the sweet lady!They are always kind and the way they treat us and our pet is like family. And that's how I feel. I would give up to 10 stars.
