We own 2 Titan Massage chairs. They are good value for the money. The older one recently stopped working and, of course, it was a few months out of warranty. Since I am a retired engineer, I started troubleshooting it my self. The chair would not power up at all. The wired remote had a cable that pulled out of the strain relief and one of the wires was broken. I repaired that and the chair would still not power up. I contacted customer support and and a service tech named Paul referred me to a contract technician who never returned my calls or texts. I thought the problem could still be in the remote, so I purchased a new one. That did not solve the problem. So, I continued to troubleshoot the chair and found a blown fuse in line with the motherboard. I continued to communicate with Paul at Titan and got a replacement motherboard. It solved the problem. I would give Paul 6 stars if I could. Because of the problem getting the tech out I am reducing the rating for that to 4 stars. So, the average is still 5 stars because of Paul's willingness to work with me via email.. If I hadn't had the ability to troubleshoot the chair myself, I would still be waiting for service, or I would have had to replace the chair.

Buyer beware. I bought an Osaki Ador Allure 3D massage chair. It was dead on arrival. I was so excited to get the chair, and they completely ruined the experience by not making a quality product. Don’t buy anything from this company. I called for support on Saturday. They had sales agents but no customer service. So in other words, they can sell to you on the weekend, but they can’t service their customers. I hate to be this way, but if my chair came dead on arrival, there is a good chance yours will too. They only care about sales.

We were gifted with a $5,000 chair. Unfortunately, out of the box the lower lumbar rollers did not function. I contacted the company. Since it was gifted to me, it was not under warranty for me which was fine. I informed the associate that I don't care about the warranty. I just need the motor for the lower. I informed them that I'll be more than glad to pay for it. They told me they couldn't do that because one of their technicians had to do it. I said that's fine. Send one of your technicians and I'll pay them as well. Titan chair company told me "NO". They said unless it's under warranty, they can't sell me a part for the chair. They can't send out technicians. I am stuck with a broke chair unless I bought it directly from them AND only if they can find the warranty. So now I have a useless chair from a useless company. I even pleaded with them that the chair was an anniversary gift to us. I let them know that if they take my money and fix this chair, I will buy 2 more for the office lounge. Nope. They didn't want to hear it. Again. Useless chair. Useless company. Never will I support this trash company. Now it just collects dust in the corner. The only reason I keep it is so whenever guests come over and ask about the chair, I can inform them to never buy one from this company.

I am glued to this massage chair. The features are awesome and have the best heating massage. Our neighbor came to try and he was amazed. He’s planning to purchase one too.I’ve noticed that I sleep better and feel refreshed in the morning. This is my daily use and well worth the money!

This company posted false advertisement on slick deals. I purchased the massage chair. Upon inquiring they canceled my purchase. I spoke to many staff members that were absolutely rude and inconsiderate. Jude Lee hung up on me several times. I tried to reach the CEO, Michael Cha, no response. I called 20 times and could not get a resolution. Instead of honoring the purchase or replacing the item, they canceled the order stating it was out of stock. It was not of stock when I bought. So why process an unauthorized refund? This company seems to put profits over people . I would avoid this company and their fraudulent behavior of false advertising. Based on the reviews, the chairs suck too. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Our awesome massage chair had a major mechanical failure 2 1/2 years into our ownership. Mind you that both my wife and I use it every day, and our kids were in it often especially in the first year of ownership. So it was rode hard......Titan sent a tech out who was fantastic, very courteous and fast as lightening. Made the repairs under warranty and gone in 30 minutes. Very pleased, you always wonder what would happen if something went wrong and today Titan proved they not only stand behind their product but they also take care of it with great service. Thank you!

Excellent store! I bought a chair online here and service was impeccable. So was the chair. Very helpful and responsive stuff. Also, knowledgeable. I will definitely return to this store when I need a massage chair.

I called Sleep Galleria in Feb. 2022 to get recommendations for a recliner I could recover from my upcoming surgery in. They Recommended an Titan/Osaki chair. I bought it but I was supposed to get a 15% discount. I never got it. 2 months later the chair was delivered and assembled, I signed the receipt of delivery. As soon as I tried it I noticed several things did not work on this chair. I called immediately and was told to call Titan/Osaki directly. The person I dealt with was extremely rude & I got a manager on the phone - I was told that this chair would not work for recovering from surgery because it is uncomfortable to spend hours in. They sent replacement parts and I waited weeks for the technician to come. He said 1 part was broken & the other part was wrong. I called both Sleep Galleria and Titan/Osaki several times asking to return the chair, Sleep Galleria tried to get me to buy an additional different chair!! then neither would take it back or respond to me I called Wells Fargo who financed my chair and they put a hold on my payments and are investigating my claim, but they can't get a response from Titan/Osaki. I contacted Sleep Galleria again to let them know they need to come pick up this chair. It has been sitting in my home for 3 months and can't be used. They still refuse to take the chair back & no one has bothered to try to fix it again. I had asked to exchange it, but was refused again. I had to buy an adjustable bed frame and new mattress from somewhere else because my surgery was June 15th and I hadn't heard from anyone in 2 months about the chair. Now Sleep Galleria is saying that they can't get an answer from Osaki either. I just want them to take it back and refund the charge. I feel I was scammed because I'm a 60 year old handicapped lady. Note: on Titan/Osaki Website they offer a 30 day money back guarantee - I was not offered that!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will not sell a simple part, that I broke, because I don’t have the receipt for the chair I bought 2 years ago. No one can explain why and that it’s just a policy. I would find a different company that cares about their customers.

Never buy their products, otherwise you will regret it! I bought their massage chair. During use, I encountered a problem. The massage area of the arm leaked. The bottom of the foot was damaged after one month of use. The two sides were damaged. This is a quality problem! I sent an email to the after-sales service, and then there was no reply. I sent more than a dozen emails, but none was resolved. Their service disappointed me. I shared my real experience and I was disappointed! They don't even reply to emails. Would you buy from such a company? They ran away when you really encountered a problem. They won't reply to your email, you can send it, but they won't reply to you, and it's useless to contact online customer service. They are scammers, don't trust their products! ! !

We bought a chair from Titan and customer service was fantastic. They really put their customers first. The chair arrived fast and on time. They had a very nice and professional team put the chair together. It is a very well made chair. Its materials feel very high quality. It looks great in our living room. My wife and I get so much relief from it after a long day at the office. Would highly recommend this chair and company.

We are very pleased with our purchase of the Osaki 4000t massage chair. It is very comfortable and plush, fits like a glove. After a busy day we can’t wait to spend some time in the chair and, in fact, it is not unusual to fall asleep in the chair. We have been using for a month and couldn’t be happier with this chair. The customer service with Vu was very informative and helpful.
