We drove from Houston to look at a couple of Corvette’s that looked really nice in the photos. Unfortunately when we got there the insides of the car didn’t look like what we expected and there was considerably more wear and tear. Additionally our salesman wasn’t interested in allowing us to test drive a car until we discussed what price we were willing to pay. As the car we wanted to drive already had one feature that didn’t work that we noticed just by sitting in the car and turning it on, we weren’t interested in discussing price until we knew how the car drove. They weren’t willing to negotiate on price when we pointed out the broken feature in the interior. The salesman instructed us “just to bang on it.” They have some good looking cars but buyer beware. You may be buying something that isn’t as good as you think because they “don’t want the cars to get dirty.” We don’t buy cars we can’t drive first so needless to say we didn’t buy a car from them.

I bought a Land Cruiser recently and paid up significantly for low miles. Hot Rides made an excuse and would not let my mechanic test drive the vehicle. I should not have trusted Texas Hot Rides. Turns out the rear control arm was damaged from a wreck and the car needs $4800 of work. The wheel spacers did a good job of hiding the damage. Avoid this dealer.UPDATE: Bill, you did not let my mechanic drive the car. There is a lot more to fix than the control arm. My local mechanic is top notch and knows what he’s doing.

If you know what you're looking for and they have it, don't hesitate to go get it. I'm over the whole build thing and bought a sorted out Roush charged Mustang, the car checked every box but the color, but that was lowest on the list.Luis was the first to take my call and took a deposit as I would be able to get out later same day or the day after. Ended up being able to make it work same day, but Luis was tied up with another customer. Fidel offered to show me the car while we waited. We ended up chatting about the car and a bit more on the vast assortment of Hot Rides in the warehouse (climate controlled, BTW). With Luis still occupied, we went on with the test drive and completed the sale. Fidel was professional, courteous, and engaged like an enthusiast talking to an enthusiast. In the end, I was sold a great car from a place that wheels and deals with these sorts of things (turned up sports cars). I'm happy with this, wife is happy with it too. Next things..

Amazing buying experience! These guys have a great selection of cars, incredibly knowledgeable about all and the whole process of walking away with our new car was smooth and quick. Highly recommend!

Great experience all around! Highly recommend! The guys at Texas Hot Rides were straight forward, the car was well priced and in great shape. The transaction was smooth…I bought from out of town, hired a 3rd party pre-purchase inspection company, and Texas Hot Rides arranged delivery of the car to my house. Only thing I would recommend they change would be for them to do paperwork online. Will definitely be doing business with Texas Hot Rides again.

Would give zero stars if I could Bought a car with a "new" clutch just put in. Within 500 miles needs a new clutch. The shop they supposedly used will not warranty their work. Their selling point was it has a new clutch so we can't discount the price. Obviously not true. Buyer beware of descriptive practices

I searched nationwide for a Honda Element SC and was surprised to find one at Texas Hot Rides. Probably the lowest-priced car on the lot! It was in excellent shape, very well maintained, and I am very pleased with the car and the help I got in buying it from this dealership. They have some beautiful cars. Maybe next time, I'll get a Shelby Cobra. Hmm...

Had a great experience buying a vehicle with Texas Hot Rides. My salesperson Luis was attentive and honest the best i’ve had! First and best time buying a vehicle out of state. If ever in the market for another modified vehicle I will for sure come back to Texas Hot Rides. Thanks again for the great service Luis!

My son purchased a vehicle from them recently and the experience was less than satisfactory. He purchased the vehicle from the information and pictures on the website since he was an out-of-town buyer. After speaking with their sales staff numerous times regarding the condition of the vehicle, he was led to believe the vehicle which sold for nearly $100,000.00 was in nearly flawless condition. When the vehicle arrived, it was apparent there were electrical issues even before it was unloaded from the trailer. The running lights on the passenger side did not work properly and it took several hundred dollars to have the issue diagnosed. There were several body damage issues that weren't conveyed during the many conversations with the Hot Rides sales staff about the exact condition. When these issues were brought to the attention of sales staff after taking possession, they were argumentative and promised the general manager would reach out to discuss our concerns. We never received a call from anyone at the dealership again. Word of advice: Never buy a vehicle that you can't inspect in person and test drive. This turned out to be an expensive lesson in trust. This dealership cannot be trusted to give you accurate information about their vehicles and are unprofessional in their response when justifiable complaints are raised.

Get ready to get lied to . Fancy showroom and slick salesman will tell anything you want to hear . Test drive the cars and ask for receipts to prove any work done . The cars look almost perfect in the showroom/ warehouse. It’s almost overwhelming how nice the cars look all together. Look closely at any car you are going buy . I’ve been burned twice by Texas Hot Rides . Yes first time wasn’t good enough . Lol. The car I purchased BMW drove fine on test drive . Soon as I got car home it had one issue after another . Rest assured all they care about is making the sale and getting money from lender . Remember you have been warned .

Not NO but Hell NO .DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM TEXAS HOT RIDES. Yes they have some nice looking cars in the showroom but do not be fooled . Look at cars up close in the daylight outside and walk the cars very good.Take car on a LONG test drive to look for any Issues with the car Do not go on the short 1/4 mile loop the sales person insists on you going . Ask yourself why the car has had multiple owners and why last owner traded car in .Go to a reputable dealer and buy a stock unmodified version of the car you want .Yes the mods will cost more but at lest you will know what has been done to the car .UNLESS THEY HAVE PROOF OF WORK DONE DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Hands down the best experience buying a car! They are truly honest with you and not just trying to get you in something and move on, they take the time to go over details that matter and ensure your in the car you want! Not to mention after you choose the car it's only about a 20 min process to complete the financial side! Definitely going back when it's time for us to trade in our other car! Thanks for making my husband super happy and being such a great team!

I purchased my 2012 Corvette Gransport from Texas Hot Rides. I understood there was no warranty on this vehicle when I purchased it. However, there was an issue that didn’t reveal itself until I got home. I contacted Texas Hot Rides regarding this issue and they took care of it. Stellar customer service from Fidel, Mitch and Bill, the general manager. their professionalism and handling of this issue was much appreciated. I would certainly purchase another vehicle from them in the future.
