The spring broke on my garage door. Supreme Garage Door Repair responded quickly and the repair was done in about an hour. Very knowledgeable and efficient. A little expensive but so is everything else. Trip charge is $300 plus parts. I wanted to replace the spring on the other door, but unfortunately, it would have to be ordered cut to the length I needed. Otherwise I would have taken advantage of the trip charge.

The very first time I reached out to this company, they were super helpful in getting our garage door up and running again. The initial first time the gentleman came out to the business location, did mention the garage door motor is pretty outdated and the next time the same problem occurred, I would more than likely have to replace the motor. Sure enough, the garage door was acting up again, so I called the company, they came to the location and replaced our old motor with a new one. I was not supposed to have ANY troubles with the door again. About 1.5-2 months later, the door code is not working and the door will not even lift open. I have text the first gentleman with no response, I text the gentleman who installed the new garage door motor and luckily he was super kind in texting me back. Said he would be out of town but his co-worker would be out within the next couple of days to look at it. 5 o'clock rolls around on Friday, I called the main number and the receptionist did not even have us scheduled. Said she would reach out to someone and give me a call right back. Never called me. Come Monday, I had our receptionist give the company a call. Was told someone would call us back and have yet to hear from anyone. I can't quite comprehend how a company who charged almost a thousand dollars for a garage door motor with installation has such poor business etiquette. This is absolutely insane. Our garage door is crucial for our day to day business operations. Very unprofessional.
