I discovered this place after a Chevy dealership told me my Cruze had a "bad engine" and would cost $15,000 to fix. I brought it here, they immediately identified the issues and fixed it in a day for ~$1000. Meanwhile my family who was desert racing at the time, fact-checked every line item and were impressed with their prices and honesty. I also got to ask all my questions to the mechanics here, and they answered everything in a reassuring way - I never feel dumb when I go here.
After getting rid of my Cruze, I had them check out my newly purchased Subaru Outback, and they identified some issues that the dealership was not honest about. They worked with my schedule to get it fixed quickly, were honest and communicative about everything and even told me maintenance to look out for, and always have great prices.
I hate having to deal with car trouble, but everyone here makes it so much easier and stress free!

I have taken my MB S550 to the dealer service department since I have purchased it new. Their service department has become increasingly difficult to deal with over the years. Regardless, I took it there for its regular service. While there, the new service advisor came back with a laundry list of items that needed to be taken care of. The price for these items was large enough to buy a small car and it was clear that this advisor didn't really know what he was saying as he contradicted himself a couple of times.A friend with a S550 recommended Steve King Auto/Blanco's Flawless as he had a really good experience there. So, I yanked my car out of Park Place and took it to Steve King Auto. They were FANTASTIC. Turns out I did need most of the repairs (not all) but the savings was huge, several thousands of dollars. The best part is my beautiful car now drives like it is brand new all over again. I can't recommend them enough!Services: Steering & suspension repair

I never give 5 stars but this place deserves it. They solved my problem without having to have the more expensive repair another shop advised me to get. Plus, they found something to fix a creak that I thought was " old age" on my car, now it's quiet when I drive and for a 12 year old car, it rides very well. Friendly staff, clean environment and a refreshing change from my experiences with so many others.

Seriously disappointed with a recent interaction with this business. They came highly recommended by 3 people who's opinion I trust, so I take off work, arrange for a friend to pick me up, and drive down during their business hours (as in 2 hours before closing), only to find them closed. No sign up saying so "hey, we left early", just a locked door. Call their number, thinking maybe they are in the back, or stepped out for a minute and get their voicemail. Waited about 10 minutes and try calling again, and get someone who said they were closed. I asked if their hours had changed, as the sign said they were open until 5:00. He replied that no, they were dead and decided to close early. I explained that I had driven down hoping to drop off a car to get looked at, and he said that they are very backed up and it would probably be after Christmas before they could look at it. So which is it, so busy you can't look at something for over a week or or so dead you take off in the middle of the afternoon? And its not like I expected them to look at it today, I fully expected it to be several days before they could look at it, and then sit for a couple of weeks waiting on parts as I know parts are tough to get, but he basically blew me off.
