I was there last Monday because my son wanted madeleines. I believe it is $2.64 I did not bring my cell phone and used my debit card to buy one madeleines. Later I found that $90.85 was charged. I visited the store to find out what happened. Worker did not have access to my transaction from last week and wanted me to contact Starbucks. I called them and since I did not use the app they could not track my transaction. The only way to solve this issue is to dispute the transaction from the bank. What a mess.

Can I just say, the barista named “T” or “Thyda” was just the brightest morning star when I went in for a drink 1 morning this last week. She deserves all her flowers and stars!

Not sure how you guys train your workers here.. this one girl with a blonde hair decided to turn the lights off for the store when we were still inside at 8PM on Friday the 27th. And had the audacity to laugh at our face forcing us to leave when they close at 8:30. I understand it’s 30 minutes but i know for a fact that there’s a better way to handle this (like informing us they close in 30 minutes). Not sure if she’s even trained for customer service.

This is normally my top pick for coffee due to convenience. I recently got a frappucino and it looked like it was rushed, not sure if they were understaffed or the worker was lazy but there was over an inch of room that was empty and they attempted to cover it by adding more whipped cream. With the price going up so many times in the recent years this is absolutely unacceptable. I normally don’t complain but it was so frustrating I had to say something. The girl at the window Jess, or Jessi was so helpful and made sure it was fixed, the only reason for this review being four stars instead of two. If you’re reading this, I truly appreciate you and hope to see more of you soon.

The new Manager is horrible , I believe they stated her name started with a letter T. My points were redeemed without my permission. I asked to speak to the manager and she was very inconsiderate and acted like she didn’t care. The last manager was extremely nice and caring she went the extra mile with every interaction! I hate new changes but its time to start using my Keurig this is ridiculous! I will never come back! Literally doesnt hurt you to try and provide satisfactory customer service!
