I have been their customer for a long time, went there for oil change recently and was told my motor mount has crack and need to be replaced, and also need to replace rear break pad immediately. I went to Toyota dealership to check, no issue for motor mount, and also found my rear brake was replaced around 80k, no need to replace after 30k. Will not go there anymore.

Came in for an inspection and oil change. Staff notified me that the last shop messed up my skid plate... my cars barely 2.... anyway staff was super friendly, aired up my tire cause apparently I was low and gave me solid advice without the upsell nonsense
