Waiting for more of 30 minutes one of the specialists supposed to help to open account he look like new was in the phone for help and he look he want to leave and he tell the other specialist he leave in 20 minutes we still in the call nothing the manager come supposed to help she call other person do a whatsapp call for help and nothing call other person and nothing was ridiculous and the manager said to one of the person she heated that job finally she give up and tell us come back tomorrow Mike be here he knows what to do really we wasting our time hired people really want be there training well your specialists because it’s ridiculous 5 people and nothing the guy was Sebastian and the girl was hispanic short one training you team before open your store

Equipment drop off was easy and efficient. The employees were discussing an issue that had occurred earlier in the day but clearly were able to multi task.
Where I have an issue, is once a week, before all holidays, and even during bad weather, representatives are knocking on my door. It is so often, it feels harassing. I may switch providers for this reason alone. Leave people alone! We suffered a great loss and it felt like no one cared they just wanted the sale/interaction. People are living real lives and don't have time to constantly repeat NOT INTERESTED! Some of us are working as well.

Terrible service.
I cancel a phone line, and customer service asked me to return the device to any spectrum store before the 9th of this month to avoid any extra charges.
On Wednesday 12/03/2025 at aprox 4:00pm i returned the device to this specific store, and they didn’t give me a receipt, which was weird, so i decided to return 30 min after i had already returned the device, to ask for a receipt or proof of return. When I returned, a worker told me that the receipt was gonna be sent within 24 hrs to my email associated with the account.
I waited 2 days and nothing was sent to my email, actually I haven’t received anything till this day.
It’s pretty frustrating that i did everything, before the 9th (that’s when my new spectrum cycle starts) to avoid problems, and now I’m uncertain about what is going to happen, and in the case they ask me for proof of return, I don’t have any, because spectrum itself didn’t provided a receipt

This is one of the worst stores I’ve ever visited. They clearly don’t care about customers and even lie to them. I’m speaking for both myself and my friend. The manager is extremely rude. We recently moved into a new home and urgently needed our internet equipment, which was already charged—we only had to pick it up. For the past two days, they’ve been telling us that 40 pieces of equipment arrive every day at 3 PM. We went at 4 PM both days, and each time they claimed everything was “already gone.” Is this really how the management operates? Absolutely the worst store experience ever.

Good signal, bad service walking in. The first time I walked in, I signed in, my name was called, I walked up to a counter, and the rep next to the counter I walked up to was trying to shoo me away like he couldn't fathom that I was the person called, while I was pointing to my name on the line queue board next to the number one. I was assisted with signing up for a service bundle and am happy to say that Spectrum's GPS signal for Google Maps is much better than T-Mobile in Texas. The second time I walked in, I signed in, and a rep called customer service on their cordless landline and handed me the phone. I wasn't seen at a counter first. Customer service was confused to why I wasn't being assisted in the store and calling from the store, while other reps are in the background telling me to hang up to save face. I was eventually seen at a counter by a different rep (who happened to be the lady who kindly assisted me the first time and recognized me, I think her name is Jessica), but I still remember the bad taste. I haven't been there for a year, and won't be coming back there since moved away and can avoid it, but I wanted to share my experience since it came back to mind now that I am switching phones.
