Good signal, bad service walking in. The first time I walked in, I signed in, my name was called, I walked up to a counter, and the rep next to the counter I walked up to was trying to shoo me away like he couldn't fathom that I was the person called, while I was pointing to my name on the line queue board next to the number one. I was assisted with signing up for a service bundle and am happy to say that Spectrum's GPS signal for Google Maps is much better than T-Mobile in Texas. The second time I walked in, I signed in, and a rep called customer service on their cordless landline and handed me the phone. I wasn't seen at a counter first. Customer service was confused to why I wasn't being assisted in the store and calling from the store, while other reps are in the background telling me to hang up to save face. I was eventually seen at a counter by a different rep (who happened to be the lady who kindly assisted me the first time and recognized me, I think her name is Jessica), but I still remember the bad taste. I haven't been there for a year, and won't be coming back there since moved away and can avoid it, but I wanted to share my experience since it came back to mind now that I am switching phones.

Literally the worst in-store experience I’ve ever had in a Spectrum, only solidifies my distaste for this god awful service. Waited 45 minutes just to drop off router and modem after cancellation. Store filled with customers waiting while employees were taking their time to assist. 0 sense of urgency and consideration of people’s time. All I needed to do was drop off equipment, an activity that should’ve taken a few minutes max. I’m obviously upset about wasting my time here when I have places to be. -1000/10

I switched from AT&T because spectrum has good cable and great speed so I assumed it would be the same with the mobile plan. Unfortunately mobile spectrum data is slow. I never had an issue before with AT&T service but we get what we pay for. If you’re thinking of switching to spectrum mobile. DONT!

Very nice and respectful employees, you can purchase cell phones, tablets, smart watches, etc, and you must have an appointment either by phone or kiosk.

The manager at this store did a superb job took the time to help me with my apps on my new phone I am not tech savvy with cell phones putting in passwords with apps the store is very friendly when you come in the promotion there offering. right now is hard to beat 81 dollars for Internet and cable and no phone bill for a year what a deal
