I started my project with Mr Shan on Dec 8 2023. He said he can get the work done in 4 to 6 weeks max. He was calling me texting me until i gave him the check. Once thats done he just disappeared, he never replies he never answers my calls. After more then 100 calls he introduced me to his team who are worst than him. They dont respond and they dont even see my msgs. They put half of the sign a month’s back and said their technician was sick. Then they messed up the other half which took 3 weeks again. Last month i wrote a review he called me and requested to remove the review and he promised to get the work done. I trusted him again and removed the review and now its been 3 weeks no response nor the work he promised is complete. He is a not a professional person to work with. If u ever go with him without knowing please do not pay until your work is done completely. I paid everything in the beginning and now begging him to finish the work. I wish i can complain against him. I am also going to spread the news about him and his business in my business circle so they dont get scammed.

No complaints from me. They have the same phone number I saved three years ago when I first contacted them to get an idea about signs, but couldn't afford any sign back then.I called them in March 2024 and they showed up the next day with a free 3ft banner with a basic idea of what I described.i paid half down, and four days later they sent me a picture of the completed LED sign. I paid the remaining sum, and five days later a very professional installer with a bucket truck arrived, and drilled holes through concrete walls, and put a wire box above my drop ceiling. Kirby Vacuum Authorized Service/Supplies, Arlington Tx. Sign just got installed, so photos might not yet be on my google page.

Shan, has been nothing but exceptional . He has great communication and answers all of your questions. As a business owner it’s hard to find a good sign shop that will work with you to get exactly what you need. Trust me look no further. Ask for Shan he will take care of everything for you in a timely manner. Will definitely use them in the future.

Shahaan promised to make a sign for us and took an advance of $2500. Unwittingly we gave him since he seem d genuine and he has since for the last two months been avoiding our calls snd has not delivered. Will be reporting him to the relevant authorities.Several weeks have passed and the order is still unfulfilled.Shan wants more money to “ fulfill” orderRequests to remove negative remove and yells at me for daring but review him for his shoddy work.Not sure who owns this company. But they sure don’t care about this persons behaviorSo BUYER BEWARE !!!

All of this company's 5-star reviews are FAKE/PAID from foreign companies, fake profiles from India/Pakistan/Middle East with one review they were paid to "write"! I don't think there are many genuine good reviews on here, mostly paid "reviews".Signs Express (Alex Nadir) was hired to build and install a sign at my new office. It was a terrible experience, and I hope people reconsider if they are looking at this company for any kind of work. Alex continually lies and evades contact regarding his work. He delayed our sign install by 6+ months, sometimes citing city delays on the permit (until I called him out on that, saying I can see the permit was approved a long time ago), then other excuses week after week about why he could not install the sign. That was followed by promises the sign would be the next week, many times. I asked him to at least send me a picture to show the sign was built. That never happened.The sign was finally installed about 9 months after a deposit was paid for the sign. Unfortunately, the sign installation was very unprofessional, with many exposed metal brackets and a sloppy attempt at hiding them. The office building owner also deemed the installation was sloppy and unacceptable. Alex tried to say that leaving exposed brackets is an “industry standard” yet when pressed for previous installation pictures with the same type of installation, he could not send any examples. We contacted Alex several times with a request for him to fix the installation of the sign, but he refused further contact. We had to hire another sign company to remove the sign and re-install it properly using the correct type of hardware/brackets. Do not trust Alex Nadir or Signs Express for any type of sign work!

My experience at Sign Express in Carrollton was deeply frustrating, primarily due to the owner's attitude and handling of situations. Not only was the owner dismissive when concerns were raised about the quality of the work received but there was also a clear lack of accountability and professionalism. Attempts to address my issues were met with indifference, and promises for resolution went unfulfilled. The owner's approach has convinced me not to patronize this business again, and I advise others to seek services elsewhere.I would have given 0 star, but google doesn’t have the option.

The construction of my office was complete before my sign was finally put up, took them 4-5 months. With in the first year the power went out on sign, took weeks to come out and fix. They installed switch to light up sign automatically when sun become low. didnt work. tooks weeks to have them come out and change it to timer based work. 1.5 year later the power is out on my back sign. I have called to have them come repair. my phone number is now blocked and they havnt responded to emails...

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was recommended to go to these people from one of my friends who said they did a good job on signs and decals. Lohith, one of the project managers had been my main contact for the past couple months, I have asked him to help me get the front decal done for my business and he constantly told me they would come but have delayed the job for nearly FOUR MONTHS now! DO NOT GO HERE. I will not be recommending them to anyone and if anyone reads this please be mindful of Lohith. He is a liar and does not reply to messages.

I don’t even want to give them that one star. They deserve nothing. Very rude and very unprofessional. I have never seen a vendor so desperate for money up front that they withheld their end of the deal. Using every excuse in the damn books they can before actually doing the work. How is this place still in business?
