The team got cracking on it right away and their artistic liberty was evident when I picked up the printed banner. They have the same phone number I saved three years ago when I first contacted them to get an idea about signs, but couldn't afford any sign back then.I called them in March 2024 and they showed up the next day with a free 3ft banner with a basic idea of what I described.i paid half down, and four days later they sent me a picture of the completed LED sign. I paid the remaining sum, and five days later a very professional installer with a bucket truck arrived, and drilled holes through concrete walls, and put a wire box above my drop ceiling. Kirby Vacuum Authorized Service/Supplies, Arlington Tx. Sign just got installed, so photos might not yet be on my google page.”

“I cannot imagine anyone having a bad experience with Waj at Signs Universe. He has been putting the vinyl on all of our vehicles for over 10 years now. What's crazy is the fact that a 2010 Service vehicle with over 200K miles can still have vinyl lettering that looks good. Unbelievable. He must use the best quality vinyl. He quickly communicates with us via email and phone, gets our jobs done very fast and efficiently, is quite exact, makes great recommendations, and is just the gold standard in my opinion.
