“I went in today to drop a package for return and was taken care of by an employee by the name of London. I had overlooked a detail in the return process and was ready to return another time when I had it right but London went above and beyond to help me and offer me a solution. She was upbeat, kind, and thorough and didn't even make me feel silly for my mistake.

“This UPS Store is, by far, one of the best that I have been to. The new owner, Jamaal Wilson, keeps the store clean and organized. His staff is very customer-centric and helpful. Yesterday, I needed to print color copies for a very important meeting. I, mistakenly, thought that the store opened at 8am instead of 9am. Mr. Wilson saw me walking away from the store and invited me to come back to print my color copies. This was a lifesaver. It is rare to see businesses willing to go above and beyond their policies to help the customer. I highly recommend this UPS Store.”

“I contacted Kentex/Carrollton after some failures to locate a large consignment I had sent, and also failures of the Kenya staff to follow up on my consignment.
While initially not able to take my call, a guy named Greg called me back and we were able to sort things out. Greg was super with customer service! He deserves 5 stars.
I'm not sure what is going on with the Kenya side, however, that I could not get a response after multiple inquiries in a week. Three people over 3 days let me know they would follow up and give a response the next day--none did.”

“I am so happy with the services here. I missed my delivery because the driver didn't have the access code to my apartment complex. I decided to stop by the DHL local branch to see if they could locate my package as I had to travel the next morning.
Sierra at the branch was super helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get my package. She contacted the driver and kept in touch with me as I had left her my number. She was able to retrieve my package right at closing and hand it directly to me. Great customer service!”

“I have come to this particular post office for over 20 years, even now when I live outside of Carrollton, because of its quality service and friendly staff. The staff goes out of its way to be helpful and explain things, is always professional, and quick as possible. At closing the entire staff works together to get everyone serviced before the end of the day.
I always bring my mail here because I know it will be delivered in the quickest amount of time possible.
I have never understood why the ratings of this post office are so low. I have never in my life been in a kinder, more efficiently run PO. It's like finding a gold mine in a desert.”

“I've been getting shipping and notary services here for over 20 years. This shop is 100% part of the heart of Carrollton. I went in today for notary services and the service, as always, was fast, friendly, and convenient. If that isn't enough, the interior is homey and charming, and full of adorable gift items. Every employee has been 100% kind and respectful every time I've been in, but I had the pleasure of working with Ray today, the man who opened the store more than 2 decades ago and still works there. I for one am so pleased that this institution is still serving the High Country and Woodlake neighborhoods!”
