“Moving? Need to transport precious valuables? Then you need a custom wooden crate, built from American Box and Crating Inc. located in Carrollton, TX! These men have a huge warehouse where they operate professionally, effectively and quickly. I only call, Glen Hamous, with American Box and Crating when I need a crate built and he is the only one to get the job done! Craters and Freights in Garland and Navis in Addison DO NOT COMPARE with the level of service Glen Hamous offers. In addition, American Box and Crating Inc. will cheerfully accept onsite crating jobs, they are ISPM 15 Compliant for cargo moving Internationally, their crating turnaround time is superb and their prices are very affordable for everyone. I highly recommend calling Glen Hamous to take on your next crating job. Hands down-Best crater in the Dallas Metroplex!”

“I contacted Kentex/Carrollton after some failures to locate a large consignment I had sent, and also failures of the Kenya staff to follow up on my consignment.
While initially not able to take my call, a guy named Greg called me back and we were able to sort things out. Greg was super with customer service! He deserves 5 stars.
I'm not sure what is going on with the Kenya side, however, that I could not get a response after multiple inquiries in a week. Three people over 3 days let me know they would follow up and give a response the next day--none did.”

Today I walked in with a pretty long line already formed and resigned myself to a significant wait. However Drew, Marcus, and Sid had other plans! “The staff here was very helpful. UPS driver in the area picked up early from the boxes near me creating a problem for me on a package I had to get out that day. Even though I wasn't a customer they could see I was in a crunch and were very quick to give me advice on how to get my package out quickly that night and saved me in a pinch.”

“I am so happy with the services here. I missed my delivery because the driver didn't have the access code to my apartment complex. I decided to stop by the DHL local branch to see if they could locate my package as I had to travel the next morning.
Sierra at the branch was super helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get my package. She contacted the driver and kept in touch with me as I had left her my number. She was able to retrieve my package right at closing and hand it directly to me. Great customer service!”

I went in today for notary services and the service, as always, was fast, friendly, and convenient. If that isn't enough, the interior is homey and charming, and full of adorable gift items. Every employee has been 100% kind and respectful every time I've been in, but I had the pleasure of working with Ray today, the man who opened the store more than 2 decades ago and still works there. I for one am so pleased that this institution is still serving the High Country and Woodlake neighborhoods!”
