I have used this company for way too long and always have had issues getting my medical supplies when I needed them. However I knew trying to change to another company would be a big hassle so I just put up with them. At several different times their representatives were rude this month was the straw that broke the camel's back. Once again I didn't receive my supplies when I called they told me they had confirmation from the shipper that the package had been delivered. They would not even call the shipper to see where the mistake was they also said they would not replace the order. They were basically accusing me of lying about not receiving the items and stealing. I had to do Shield's job and call the shipper myself. When I did low and behold I was just in the call a few minutes when the shipper apologized it had been delivered to the wrong address. So they retrieved the package and notified Shield of their mistake and also delivered the package to me. When I opened it the order was short some of the products. In calling Shield again they never apologized for their rudeness on the previous calls. Once again they were extremely rude. Time to find another company! Shield's professionalism will never ever improve! Do yourselves a favor and use another company.

Not happy at all. They keep on sending me formula. Because doctor didn’t specified if there was any refills, so they took it on them to keep on sending me milk and didn’t notify me that I was getting charged for it that my insurance wasn’t covering it. That tickles my nerve?

I applied for a position with this location. I received an email stating they were interested and wanted to set up a date and time when we could talk. They then turned around and sent another email basically saying oops never mind and they would keep my resume. I responded telling them to please burn my resume. So indecisive and unprofessional. Get it together. I see why they have low ratings. Seems like I dodged a bullet.

I highly recommend it’s much better than wic !!! Your no longer need an appointment to qualify for wic and they send the big can formula to your house and they have similac Pro Sensitive which is the formula my baby needs cause wic only has sensitive and the sensitive gives my baby colics not to mention they only give the tiny cans which is absolutely unacceptable!! Loved the service they treated me well and I felt completely comfortable asking for what my baby needed from them !!!!

They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They lie to you, make you stay on the phone for as much as 2-1/2 hours, they will not listen to you when you have a problem, their computer system is horrible, and the supervisor was horrible....I will never use them again and will try to discourage any one else from using them.

Worse medical supply company ever!!! Customer Service is HORRIBLE. I called to verify Shield Medical Supply had received info from the doctor ...I was told they had not received info, but in fact they did have the paperwork from doctor they just didn't take the time to check tha fax machine. So while I was playing the middle man, since they couldn't/wouldn't follow up with the doctor, I was being talked to as if I was lying about why my child needed supplies.
