Just a heads up: They don’t accept online returns or actual Sephora store returns. Only Kohl’s Sephora returns. They also aren’t able to scan your beauty insider/rouge/vip barcode. Super useless and inefficient store. Staff is useless as well.I called before heading over and specifically asked if there in store Sephora accepts online returns, and the staff member said “yes, as long as you have the receipt”. I arrive in store and of course; the lady at check out counter says they cannot do that here.Don’t waste your time here, just drive the extra mile for an actual Sephora store.

I went to khols buy some shirts then stop by to check some cologne for men's in sephora. they have incredible collections and so oragnized collections to try and make easy decisions. I asked Munza help me out and glad she help me as she knew the smell and main ingredients to make the decision easy for me. These knowledgeable employees hard to find and the passion she shows not to sell me the item but care what I need it was absolutely amazing. thanks Munza and sephora to be best of luck.

I was so impressed with the two Sephora retail specialists I was assisted by at Kohl's Carrollton a few days ago. I asked them to write their names on a post it note, which somehow I've misplaced, but I wanted to do a five star review for the great service and knowledgeably helpful advice they gave me. I would recommend this brand at this location to anyone wanting high quality cosmetics and exceptional employees I was fortunate to have found here. TY so much!

Both Sephora employees had their backs turned at the register for some time. I asked one of the employees about the sale on the sign and she said she didn’t know. It might have been an off day, but this was the first time I ever had bad service at a Sephora.

Had a great experiences there. We asked for help shade matching and skincare recommendations, a worked named Somali helped us with everything and showed us products that were just what we were looking for.

Sonali and Munza were so incredibly patient and helpful today during my visit to Sephora. I was completely lost, and they took the time to walk me through products that would work for my skin tone as well as offer very helpful suggestions. I would recommend anyone who needs help with makeup and beauty products to visit this location because they will take the time to assist you.

The prices do not match in-store prices with online prices. They do not offer price match with kohls.com I am disappointed.

Great Service and Choices!I was on the hunt for the perfect perfume and some presents. The employees, Kailey and Sonali, were knowledgeable, super nice, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They took the time to understand my preferences and made great recommendations.Def recommend!

I like Sephora and I like kohls but I'm not a happy camper. Bought an item from sephora kohls 20 days ago as a Xmas gift. it's the wrong size I need to exchange, they don't have the smaller version, I ask to return it. I don't have my receipt but I've got my insider number, brought the debit card I bought it with, have the exact time and date purchased proof on my bank account. Sephora couldn't find my transaction and kohl customer service told me my card doesn't pull up, there's nothing they can do with out the receipt, it's their policy. they give me a customer service number that's only for online purchases...?? After 15 mins I'm told they can't help me either. I don't know guys. You really can't find the stock item and check when you last sold it? Just pull it together for the consumers sake.

Lots of new stuff! Quality products! Black Friday sales were worth it today. Most staff had great customer service except for one lady. Great location as well. Regular here.

The hiring process seems good at first but when you go in and interview if they do not want you to stay, they purposely will collaborate with other department managers to work you to the extreme not like any of the other employees so that they can force you just quit and walk out because the work is too draining on your body and physically too much if you are older. Clearly they are wanting the younger generation crowd there and the Woman's department is becoming less and less....

Kohls is always open till midnight during the holidays, tonight I got there just prior to 11pm. I asked the first girl I saw where the mens long johns were, she was very sweet and took me there to find one pair left in the whole store and it cost $46 ! Yes $46! So I looked at some shirts to try on for size. At 11:15 I interrupted the other 3 employees having a pow wow asking where the dressing room was, I was told they are all closed, I asked why and was told they were about to close. So I picked out more shirts and put them all back in the wrong places. Pretty soon there will be no more stores because people have become disgustingly lazy and want everything delivered.

Store selection and layout is fine. I shop here maybe 2 times per year. I likely will not be back after today. This is the second time they have "excluded" my purchases from their discount coupons they send out. The last time I got a manager and they wouldn't budge. Said the item should not have been on clearance rack even though there were multiple of the same they would not take the per cent off. Today they say my shoe selection was excluded as it wasn't one of their store branded shoe. I looked all over the fine print and the brand wasn't listed as an excluded brand. Today no manager was at the front but the clerk heard about it. NOT worth their ads. Will unsubscribe from their email and I imagine they won't care as they don't when the customer is in the store.
