“Absolutely love IMS Relocation! They’ve moved us three times since 2019. Our last move in March 2024 involved putting everything in their storage while we tried out a new city. Gabriel’s team handled both our move-out in March and our move-in when we returned to Dallas in August 2024. They were fantastic—going above and beyond at every step! Whenever we had questions, they had answers. When we needed to communicate with the office, they took care of it for us.
For the March move, we didn’t have time to handle all the packing ourselves, so IMS sent one of their packing teams. Unpacking 5 ½ months later can be nerve-wracking, but every single item was packed so well that it all came back in perfect condition.
I’ll continue using IMS for every move and will recommend them to everyone I know!”

From the staff always willing to help and make it a great experience to the facilities, clean and well lighted, availability of carts to move things and safety, I don't think there's anything that could have made my experience better other than offer extended access hours. “Excellent customer service here at this location. They're always there for you, whether you're moving in or out or just have a question or need some help with something.I stored my things here for over a year and a half. It was a very safe location - I didn't even mind stopping by here at night by myself - and I never had any problems with pests of any kind or anything getting damp or wet. It was also very convenient, being able to just drive up right in front of my unit.Keep in mind, as well, if you live in the city, the prices here are much better than toward the center of Dallas. Pay less to have your things kept more safely and likely with more convenient access to your unit.”

“First off let me say I would recommend this place. 24 hr access and I came here due to my apartment not having a true storage. I landed here since the storage unit we were at previously went up by $45/month for the same exact size I got from U-Stor. The young lady who helped me was great, she took me to the actual storage unit and showed me around. She was very sweet and helped me get setup. Prices aren’t bad either since all the units are outside and accessible with not much of a walk! I like the fact that there is an alarm on every unit. I appreciate that especially since I was paying more and didn’t even get that from the last place.

“This place is fantastic. You don't have to deal with the staff often, but the rare times you do, they are super friendly. We never had our rates jacked up and the facility was always clean and operable. Couldn't have asked for more. We used this storage facility to store my partners furniture twice and they never disappointed. Thank you for the great service!”

His customer service skills are impeccable with that touch of Texas charm. I have had bad experiences with several storage places. I am happy to have finally found a good one.”
“A place to store your property, but not a place to really spend much time organizing. Units are all inside, no gate makes it easier with less worry, climate controlled, not monitored, limited dollies, slow elevator, no bathrooms inside the storage area, staff has limited availability during business hours and really no presence-plan ahead of time to get a hold of staff, offsite manager, or to come into the office during office hours. The storage units are caged at the top but are open. The unit does not have a concrete ceiling. I have not had a problem, although this was a concern at first wondering if neighboring units or pests might access. Despite this, it is suitable for storage. There are often other people there, but it can seem hallow and vacated at certain times of the day. Not a huge concern at all, but be alert as no one is there. Although the corridors can seem long and easy to get lost, it isn't that hard to figure out.”
