Securelock in Carrollton is hands down the absolute BEST compared to all others in the area. Garrett is fantastic, professional and does an amazing job with the facility and with customers service. What an asset he is to this organization!!Had thousands of dollars of belongings stolen from Extra Space Storage in Carrollton. Nice to your face while stealing your possessions. Shameful.Stored here at Securelock for over a year and not one thing missing! Great place, clean, well kept. Great staff. There is reason people store here for 3 & 5 years+ Highly recommend.

This is a great facility. I had never used a storage facility before and picked this one at random due to the location. Garrett Wilkinson was a great help in assisting me find what I needed. He was calm and helpful when I was so stressed out. I recommend this place highly

Most storage facilities in the area are basically comparable, but I think Securlock might just barely edge out the competition. Affordable, accessible, and helpful staff. As a relatively new customer, I have no complaints. Very clean facility.
